This office doesn't call back after multiple voice messages have been left, they do not answer the phone (you're going straight to VM), the insurance company assigned the doctors listed to my children and my daughter has been sick, but still no call back, nothing. I've had to take her to the ER and Minor Meds for treatment. After 15 calls to the office, I finally get through just to be told that the office no longer accepts my children's insurance although the insurance company assigned the doctors at the clinic to my children. An eventful and unfortunate waste of time.

Really disappointed in the changes. I was actually never notified. I called to get my daughter's records and when I finally got through to a call center I realized our entire account had been messed up - wrong names, kids not both attached to my account, they suddenly didn't have any of my contact information. My kids have been going here since 2007.
It was really frustrating but sometimes change comes with a few hiccups and we really loved this office so I let it go. Now, a few months later it's even worse. Nobody answers the phones, they don't return your phone calls, the small office feel is gone, Darla is gone.not sure what's going on but this change has been anything but positive and I'm afraid we will be finding a new pediatrician after over 14 years.

I had our kids here for the past few years with DR. Horn. It was always great and the girls both really like her. Even after we moved, we continued driving down for annual appointments. Last month, they had their annual checkups coming up but no one called to confirm, so I called them the morning of the visit to be told that they have no record of their Appointment!
That's how I found out they're Cook Children's now. We lost your appointment. Currently, I'm trying to cancel their appointment for tomorrow and I CANNOT GET THROUGH! No one picks up the phone! What if my kids needed a sick visit? This is not an office I would recommend for anyone. I guess we are done!

Love this place. Everyone is so friendly and always helpful. Our both kids (4 and 1) come here. We always got appointments as soon as we requested and diagnosis is great. They have the facility of talking to a nurse on phone for any questions too. They have seperate waiting rooms for well and sick patients and always very clean. Would recommend this place for others.

Loved it here for my 4 kids every since we moved here. My last visit was in May. I wasn't made aware they are under new management. Now I have been calling to reschedule physicals for my other 3 children. And I cannot even get through after several attempts. It's time consuming to find a new physician for them, but it looks like that's what I have to do now.

I recently took my daughter here after having a very bad experience at a doctors office unrelated to this practice. I was blown away with the customer service that I received. I called to book her an appointment and the receptionist was very friendly and informative. Dr. Taneja is hands-down the best doctor that I've ever had! I am so happy to have found this office. Update: It's been 2 years and all of my children still go to this office. We love Dr. Taneja!

I have been to this place with my son. Some of the doctors/ nurses are really good but others are not so responsive. I called in to schedule an appointment as my son was recovering from cough and needed to be looked at. The nurse put me on hold and never and got back to me. They seem busy and not so attentive all the time.

We started seeing Dr Horn in December when my daughter was born. We really liked Dr. Horn. However, the list of things I like about this practice stops there. Ever since the office combined with Cooks we have had nothing but a bad experience. First, we never received any communication indicating a change in management. I had a question about my child's vaccination schedule and called four different times requesting to speak with someone who could address my questions.
Each time I was told that a nurse would call me back within 24 hours. I never received a call or even a voicemail. One of the times I called back I was told that all of my information had been lost because of the new ownership. Another time that I called back I was told that the appointment I had booked for two months no longer existed because of "the new system".
I never received a call from the nurse and after the fifth time of calling I finally made a new appointment to come in and ask my questions in person. Upon arriving to the office the TV was blaring, there were two young ladies in the office. One of them was on the phone the other was not. We were not acknowledged and the lady on the phone stayed on the phone for another five minutes while the other never acknowledged us. Finally, we were asked my daughters name and told we would need to complete new paperwork.
No big deal. However, when she asked for our insurance information we were told that our insurance was no longer accepted. Now, I am attempting to make an appointment at a new pediatrician but need my child's records to make a new appointment.

We met with Dr. Schwartz while I was still pregnant with my daughter, he was so kind and answered all of our questions about having a baby and what to expect for her needs and care. He came to the hospital to check on her the morning after she was born and just before we were discharged. He stayed to answer all our questions and make sure we were doing well.
From day one he has always given her incredible care! You can tell he truly cares about his patients and takes the time to answer all of our questions at every visit. His staff is just as incredible, Darla has helped me through so many of those panicky moments first time parents have. She returns every phone call very quickly and also is so patient in answering all my questions. Everyone there is just wonderful with children and parents! We are so grateful for the wonderful care our daughter receives here.

We absolutely love this practice, we see Dr Horn but also like Dr Schwartz, I trust them both! We moved about 20 mins away and still make the drive over, it's hard to find an Office where both the office staff, nurses AND doctors are amazing! I'm always seen on time for my appointments and given 5 star service! We've been coming to Collin County for almost 4 years and will continue as long as we are in Dallas!
