Absolutely terrible service. We paid some condescending doctor 150 so he could tell us, "I can drain the cyst but I'm not going to as it may come back". We pleaded our case but he refused. You would think a private clinic would get the job done but no; instead this doc spoke to us as if we were school children. He made sarcastic comments, even told us off and started smirking when we were visibly frustrated.

This dude gave me dirty looks when I placed a small handbag on a desk. All-in-all we are extremely upset with how we've been treated and will be making further complaints about this abysmal experience.

I recently visited the clinic for an earlobe repair on both ears. The staff in all areas were friendly and helpful. The consultation process was quick and informative. The nurse and surgeon ensured I was comfortable and relaxed. My operation has been wholly successful and is healing well. I would like to say a big thank you to the whole team.

Kind friendly receptionists AND surgeons (which is pretty rare), They walk you through the steps and processes while making it a friendly environment I'd 100% recommend this business to anyone, It's my second visit and nothings changed! 10/10

Would 100% recommend skin surgery clinic after having upper eyelid surgery recently. I am absolutely over the moon with the results. All of the staff were lovely and caring and made my experience alot less worrying. I came out of the surgery wondering why I was so nervous as the whole experience was very calming and reassuring from start to finish.

Came here 01/02/22 for a benign lesion excision. The service was excellent. The surgeon was brilliant and very knowledgeable. The nurse was very reassuring and gave great aftercare. May be expensive but atleast you know you are getting the best care.

I had a small and very painful deep tissue lipoma removed from my lower back under local anaesthetic at the clinic in September 2021, at a cost of 550 all in and in my view this was a very reasonable price. I contacted the skin clinic using the online consolation form and a nurse was in contact with me shortly afterwards to request further information which was then reviewed by a consultant plastic surgeon.

The clinic then confirmed they could complete the procedure and I was able to book this in via phone after paying half the cost upfront. I was assured this money would be refunded if the clinic could not proceed with the operation on the day, which was re-assuring. On the day of the surgery, I visited the clinic in Leeds, this was straightforward and my operation went ahead as planned.

This operation is something I have been seeking to have done on the NHS for the past 4.5years and I wish I had gone private sooner, the surgeon, Dr Rob Bains, was willing to go ahead with the op and all in all it took half an hour. My recovery has been fine with no complications and I no longer have any back pain. I had been anxious about going private and being ripped off without being provided with the surgery however the clinic were highly competent and professional and I would recommend others seeking complex lipoma removals to consider using them if this is something you can afford.

I had my stretched ear lobes reconstructed by Mr Andrew Williams back in December 2020 and whilst he was doing the left lobe, he seemed a bit unsure about something, like he wasn't happy with it. I asked Mr Andrew Williams what the matter was but he just shrugged it off. Only after removing the bandages about ten days later I noticed my ears weren't symmetrical.

One was really tight against my upper jaw and it looks like my ear is being pulled. Mr Andrew Williams told me it was that the scar has tightened and that I need to moisturise it twice a day for the skin to loosen up. This process achieved nothing and I knew full well it was nothing to do with the scar. After trying to stretch it out myself for months on end I had no result and decided to get back in touch.

Mr Andrew Williams invited me to come and take another look at it and said he could do further surgery to try and rectify it for a better result although there is no guarantee it would look any better, there was also a chance it would look worse! Also that I would have to pay a further 375 for his mistake! I believe he either cut away too much flesh or pulled the stitches too tight.

Either way he won't admit fault and still demands more money from me. If you're thinking of getting this procedure done, choose wisely which surgery you go, and which surgeon you use also. I thought I picked the right one and traveled more than 70 miles, only to be disappointed with the outcome and ultimately regretting ever getting the procedure done in the first place.

Highly recommend. Kind, caring and thoroughly professional in all respects, including the aftercare. All at a very fair price. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the treatment I recieved, and I would very surprised if you could get as good a treatment as I did, anywhere else.

Excellent service. All of the staff I spoke with were great. In fact the whole process was great. From the online consultation to having the procedure, it was so seamless.

I can't recommend this clinic highly enough! I attended for excision of a rather nasty basal cell carcinoma on my right cheek in Jan-21, having decided to go privately for the treatment rather than wait for the NHS. I'm so pleased to have made this decision. The clinic itself is spotlessly clean, very comfortable and all staff are extremely friendly and very caring.

My surgery was performed by Mr Robert Bains, a very charming and attentive man whose surgical skills must be second to none. Now, just 3 months since surgery and the three inch scar across my cheek which had resulted from the deep, extensive excision is now virtually undetectable. Professional, caring and expert - who could ask for more?

I recently had a 6cm lipoma removed from my upper arm and the service I received at the clinic was excellent. I have never had a surgical procedure before and although I am a veterinary surgeon myself, I was still a little anxious. However I need not have been concerned; my surgeon and nurse were genuinely outstanding - everything was explained clearly and I felt relaxed and well cared for.

The clinic was exceptionally clean, covid secure and the reception staff were very friendly and professional. The procedure itself took around 20 mins and I felt no pain; the local anaesthetic was injected with minimal discomfort and the surgeon and his nurse chatted to me throughout, keeping my nerves at bay. Despite the size of the lump, my scar is small and very neat only 3 weeks on.

I went back to work after 6 days, with minimal post operative pain that was easily managed with a couple of paracetamol. I would not hesitate to recommend the Skin Surgery Clinic to anyone. In addition, the price was very reasonable.

Recently did a mole removal surgery with Dr Watt. The clinic environment is very neat. Customer services are friendly and helpful. My doctor and nurse are very patient and careful so the surgery process was pleasant for me. I feel this clinic takes care of me very well. Highly recommend.

I received excellent, considerate service and care from the whole team. Mr Andrew Williams was fantastic, extremely knowledgable and very professional. He explained everything before during and after the procedure and made me feel safe and at ease. He also did his utmost to minimise scarring and I am delighted with the results. I was so impressed with the Skin Surgery Clinic! I had two large moles removed last year and the team were brilliant, very professional and made you feel relaxed. Andrew Smith was great, explained everything so I knew what to expect during the mole removal. I wanted to have the moles removed for a long time but was nervous about the procedure to remove them.

The moles were both on my face, so understandably I had concerns about how these would heal, however the results have been amazing, much better than I expected. There is a small mark where the moles were but it is not noticeable. If anyone is considering mole removal I would strongly recommend using Skin Surgery Clinic. I had a good experience and would consider using them again in future.
