My Dr Keyes is always on time or early and I have been going to him for at least ten years. The receptionists are always pleasant and treat me with respect. This time she even noticed that I just had a birthday and wished me happy birthday. That is what I call paying attention to the patient.

My husband, Harold had a consultation with Dr. Keyes today. The front desk was efficient and friendly. Annette, his assistant took my husband back to the exam room soon after check in. She was very nice. Dr. Keyes arrived immediately! He was very pleasant, informative and he explained his diagnosis. He then made recommendations and quickly ordered the RX. I was very impressed that they were on schedule.

Absolute nightmare. The receptionists incredibly rude and passive aggressive. They gave 0 information on how to fill things out online or complete things over the phone (that I sat on hold for 2 hours before getting a response) and even rolled their eyes when I had to fill out paperwork in person. Not to mention they canceled my first appointment last second and once they got me in, I couldn't even see the doctor.

I was there for all of 5 minutes just to hear what I already knew and left. Next appointment comes around and it got canceled with NO NOTICE. They tried pushing it back 2 more months. I have been in incredible amounts of pain and they refuse to assist a patient who desperately needs it. Never visiting this place again. Absolutely disrespectful inconsiderate workers and I have never taken the time to write a review this long. They're only in it for the money.

Everyone in the offices are nice. They treated me with respect. When I got to my appointment early by 45 minutes. They actually fit me in so I didn't have to wait. I love Dr. Debo. He understands my fears and concerns while addressing my medical results. I'm approved for my Inspire. I can't wait until I have the surgery.

My PA very quickly cleaned the earwax from my ears. Then, when I noted that I thought I might be losing some hearing, she offered to take me for a hearing test. The audiologist gave me the test, determined that I would indeed benefit from getting hearing aids, and explained my various options. I was very happy to be so kindly and expertly treated.

I was anxious. I was nervous. I was on edge. But then Dr. Leonard walked in. he was calm. He was patient. He was informative. His gentle contenance and soft spoken words made me immediately feel at ease. I trusted him and he took care of me. He didn't rush me off or cut me off when I over explained my issue. This was a great visit. I'm definitely going to refer him to others.

A very professional and courteous staff. I was seen promptly and all my questions answered. Dr Keyes was great! The gentleman who conducted my hearing test ( he is from Vermont) was also very nice and professional. I highly recommend this practice!

I've only dealt with Dr. Powell in the past and now Dr. Keyes. Both of them were professional and knowledgeable and I would be quite comfortable continuing with their care. When dealing with office personnel (in person), they are courteous, knowledgeable and professional. I say in person, because the time spent in waiting 10 plus minutes for the "next available" is pretty disconcerting.

Several times, I considered hanging up and redialling in hopes that I would get a better position in the queue. If it wasn't for this I would have given you 5 stars. I understand that you are instituting a new system to make things better. I certainly hope that is fixed soon. The take away on this is that it doesn't matter how great the medical staff is if you can't get a hold of them.

I was particularly pleased with office staff professionalism and attention to detail. I was also pleased with how quickly I was actually seeing a doctor. I trust I received a quality assessment as I was in and out in no time. My Doctor was pleasant and knowledgeable.

We've never waited more than 5 minutes in the waiting room or once we get in the treatment room. I appreciate that Dr Keyes doesn't allow himself to be overbooked. However, we're always able to be squeezed in when it's an emergency. He is always thorough and patient and a great communicator. I am a patient of his as well as both of my children. My son is a frequent flier with troublesome ears, unfortunately. Nothing but great experiences at this practice.
