I am always very pleased with the service and attention to details when ever I visit this office. Every person in every department is genuinely interested in making you feel welcome and important. The standards practiced at Berks Eye should be the standards for all doctors offices everywhere.

OMG.I had the best consultation with Dr. Izzo. He explained everything in detail to me. Never experienced that with any doctor. No rushing with Dr. Izzo: I was hoping to qualify for Lasik, but after a thorough examination, I did not. I need cataract surgery. An assistant escorted me to a private room which you watch a video pertaining to cataract surgery and your options.

This was over the top for me. The entire staff is so professional and jovial, even under the bustle and hustle. This will definitely be my place for eyecare. KUDOS to the entire team!

Once you are in the office and/or seen by a doctor you get wonderful treatment from very knowledgeable staff. However, their communication to patients tends to lack. After calling to request contacts I was told that I had a balance that was over a year old. I have never once been called or sent any type of mail that indicated this issue. When speaking with the individual on the phone about the situation she was very short and rude. Usually I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this place but the staff can sometimes be rude on the phone.

Excellent care at every stage by Dr. Kasey L. Pierson, MD and the entire staff at Berks Eye Physicians and Surgeons. Terrific at setting even the most anxious patient at ease! Recommend unhesitatingly!

Dr Kasey Pierson, MD is an excellent doctor. He is very personable, thorough, professional, and compassionate. I have struggled for years with my vision and have been to many eye doctors and specialists. He finally diagnosed my problem and with simple surgery corrected my vision. It is a miracle after being told that I would not have any improvement.

I am so grateful to him for taking the time to listen and diagnose my problem. He and his staff, as well as the entire Berks Eye staff, are fantastic and easy to work with. He is also very punctual but still takes time with the patient. I highly, highly recommend Dr Kasey Pierson!

Dr Kasey Pierson, a corneal specialist, was able to diagnose my condition and customized an aggressive treatment plan that finally corrected my problem.

After so many specialists and years of suffering, I assumed it was something I would have to live with for the rest of my life, but I just needed to find the right physician. I cannot say THANK YOU enough. He is kind and personable with a wonderful bedside manner. He is extremely knowledgeable in his field and explained my condition and treatment plan in detail. Dr Pierson and the entire staff are all amazing.

Don't delay and don't look anywhere else! Dr. Pierson is the BEST! Cataract surgery was a breeze from the beginning to the end. I spent a little extra and had the multifocal lenses put in. It's such a pleasure to be able to see near and far without glasses. I had no idea how much I wasn't able to see until I could finally see it all again. The colors are AMAZING!

When I asked my friends about cataract surgery, they all said the procedure was a breeze but the post op drops for four weeks were the worst part. Dr. Pierson even made THAT easy with a compounded drop combining the three into one. I can drive at night again, wear make up again, wear sun glasses again, and to look people in the eye again! NO REGRETS!

Excellent service, very friendly and professional staff. UPDATE FOR SURGERY: Dr. Pierson has made me realize how professional, caring, and generous a doctor can be. I am so thankful I was treated by him, and I have no complaint about anything. I have been going to Berks Eye for the past 4 years, and from the moment I enter the door, I am received with a smile. Currently, staff is being very helpful and compliant with Covid protocols.

I am a Spanish speaking client and I have never experienced any mistreatment or discrimination. I recently had an eye surgery where nurses, assistants, and of course, Dr. Pierson made this a smooth and trustable process. I am indebted to these people.
