Services
We know how scary and nerve-racking visiting the orthodontist can be, especially for the first time. Our team is here through the tedious parts, like filling out paperwork and sorting out everything with your insurance. We want your visits to go as smooth as possible. Because of this, we work hard to offer our patients a welcoming and comfortable office.
Appointments are an important part of your treatment, and this time has been reserved specifically for you. Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, you may be asked to reschedule your appointment. We request a 24-hour notice if you need to cancel your appointment, (but sooner is always appreciated). We are aware that unforeseen events sometimes require missing an appointment, and we appreciate your cooperation.
We are able to process claims to most PPO dental plans. We do not participate with any HMOs. However, in order to avoid misunderstandings, please read carefully and understand the following policies in regard to dental insurance benefits. Our professional treatment is rendered to you, not to the insurance company; you are directly responsible to us for the obligation of payment of treatment.
