Severely disappointed, I went because of a severe sore throat, I can't swallow. Well I can but it was excruciating. Dr did a strep swab, it came back negative, said he didn't know what it was and couldn't give me anything. Yes, he could have he chose not to, he recommended gargling salt water, I had already been doing that and it didn't help. Also Cepacal?
No clue what that is and drinking smoothies. Mr. I just told u I can't swallow, I paid a hundred dollars for nothing. He didn't ask any questions which leads me to believe he simply didn't care.

I was relieved to find Community Care open on New Years Day. I was able to be seen after a reasonable wait. The nurse practitioner listen to my symptoms and gave me treatment options to choose from. He was supprtive of me being in charge of my care, and I appreciate that. Very pleased with my visit. Thank you!

Processes from reception to screening and health assessment per DOT renewal.were highly professional, kind and efficient. This location has some of the BEST people I've had the pleasure of working with. The Med tech and P.A were kind, considerate and thorough while working the DOT prehire and med. renewal functions. I fell great about my ability to operate fmcsa in a safe and healthy manner.
I am about 5 years away from retirement and have worked had to maintain my good health. I believe this group does manage health and compliance standards well. I will use this medical provider for all my healthcare needs.

My throat is still swollen after several days of taking the medicine that was prescribed to me here. They made me pay $100 just to be seen because I don't have health insurance. For $100 I expected this to be at least somewhat better by now. I can hardly even breathe. Whatever is wrong with my throat, needs something else prescribed in order to cure it.
They don't even have their phone set up to leave a voicemail during closed hours in order to have someone get back to you. I just want to know if they will make me pay another $100 dollars to be seen again, and possibly get the wrong prescription again?

I don't recommend them. Their customer service is so poor! I requested a refill for my daughter's prescription and it takes almost 2 days to get it. They didn't even call me back after all the calls and voicemail that I made. They don't care enough once they got your money, you're on your own unless you are so persistent and get mad for not returning you a call / information on what's going on.
They don't even know how to handle a complain. Their reason was they were so busy with patients that's why they weren't able to attend me! Wow! How about, improve your customer service! And do something about it in the future. Well! We're not coming back there and nor my friends and family and anyone who will ask my opinion. They need to be professional enough to at least inform me or a little call me back before the day is over! It's not a type of community care anyone would like to experience. A patient don't need to wait more than a day to get a simple refill / prescription! Without even knowing if she'll get it or not!
