I've been stuck with these people for a few years and I'm very unhappy I mean my cardiologist can't even call in my prescriptions. My pharmacy called over 10 days ago and I'm still waiting. Do they not know they are playing with lives? This has been the case for years in fact two years ago it too over two weeks to get my heart meds. This is completely unacceptable and should be reviewed by some entity that oversees these practices

I have been going to doctors at Mission heritage for more than three years and they've all been fantastic. I never really have a problem getting appointments, seeing my doctor, getting a call back or getting my prescriptions. Its all been very good. I see Dr. Benner as my primary care physician and he's very proactive.

The phone staff is so incredibly rude and condescending. I got a voicemail from my doctor to call a number and dial an extension and I followed the directions exactly and this woman picks up and is yelling at me and using a really condescending tone telling me that the numbers only for emergencies, even though it says at the beginning that if you're having an emergency to hang up and call 911. Why do they hire these people? Why would I want to go to a doctor if the phone staff treats you like you're an idiot?

Love, love my Drs., the lab and all of the providers there at Mission Heritage. I just called the billing dept. because I'm out of town and don't have access to my mail right now and I want to pay my bill. The woman that I spoke to was rude, rude, rude! I was being pro-active in wanting to make sure that I was up to date on any payments that I owed.
How many people call to make sure that they aren't owing anything? I accessed my EOB and was showing some patient payments due. I didn't have an invoice from them but I happily provided my information. The woman on the phone was impatient and rude.

I tried for days to get an appt, They NEVER pick up the phone and when I left a message, no one called back. I kept trying and finally got someone and she was rude, didn't let me speak as she was talking over me and not listening and told me it was the back office and to dial the main number and leave a message. Very bad customer service and an inconsiderate phone staff.

Primary care doctor left the group. Called to make an appointment and left clear message, but no one returned call. Walked in an waited 1 1/2 hours to see doctor and was told they don't write prescriptions for walk-ins. I provided a new pharmacy address and information, and they sent the prescription to the old pharmacy. This location is too busy and the handful of people working there function too slow. Urgent Care centers are a dime a dozen and I suggest the reader look elsewhere for care.
