The staff was always super nice and remembered me. I had Dr. Francis Cardinale for my pregnancy and him and his nurses were super nice and cared about you!

I've been going here since I was about 16. Recently I found out I was pregnant. I called Dr. Hemsell's nurse to schedule my appointment (I was 5 weeks). Her nurse told me she would call me in 2 weeks for bloodwork and to schedule my appointment. 2 weeks went by and I didn't get a call so I called and left a message. Her nurse called me back and told me she's been waiting on me this whole time because I should've already done my bloodwork.

I explained I didn't know I was supposed to just go I thought I had to have an appointment and I was under the impression that I should've gotten a call from her, she acted as I was dumb for thinking so. I went and did the bloodwork and 2 days later the nurse called me to let me know my appointment would be March 17th, I would be 13 weeks at that point.

I ended up calling back and spoke to a receptionist and asked if a different OB would be able to see me sooner and she kept cutting me off and not letting me get a word in. This is very discouraging for my first pregnancy. I had so many questions that I needed to ask and I feel as though I wasn't heard. Being told to wait until 13 weeks to be able to get answers and information is outrageous.

I called a different office and they were able to see me within the same week I called. And their waiting room was very busy when I was there but that didn't stop any of the nurses, ultrasound techs, and doctors from giving me a great experience. Bottom line is if you're in the healthcare field then act like you care about your patients.

I'm absolutely disgusted and disappointed with this doctors office. Having a high risk pregnancy is not something to be brushed off and had/has been for myself, my cousin, and my best friend. Sadly we all have Medicaid and this doctors office is all what we were told to chose so if our children needed nicu time they would be in the same hospital and not have to be transferred.

I would not recommend this doctors office to any new moms or mothers who are high risk and want to make sure themselves and there children are okay. They definitely have gone downhill and do not care for there patients. It's sad when the nurses care more then the doctors!

I am 3/4 through my pregnancy and all of my visits have been a pleasure. The staff is kind and knowledgeable, the facility is very nice and organized. I never have to wait more than a few minutes or feel confused by their process. Most importantly, I love my physician, Dr. Herrington! Highly recommend for expecting mothers and any woman.

Dr. King and her nurse were very professional, understanding, and sweet. It was my first time ever seeing a gynecological doctor at 20 years old. They made me feel comfortable and Dr. King was very educated and made sure I knew all of my birth control options. She recommended what she believed was best for me considering the information I gave her.

I chose her because my grandma has been going to her for 10 years+. The rest of the staff (girls at the receptionist desk) were also very sweet and professional. I will definitely be returning.

I have been with Dr. Foster and her nurse Ms. Claire for all 5 years in Lafayette. Love both of them. Never had any problems or complaints. Over 5 years they have returned all the phone calls and enquiries. I was lucky to find them when I moved in the area. I am moving to different area in the middle of the pregnancy so definatelly not looking forward to have someone else delivering my baby. They were so helpful while we were trying to conceive!

There is no better feeling when it comes to your health than to feel like your needs are truly taken care of. Dr. Ericka Broussard and the entire staff at Acadiana Women's Health Group made me feel exactly this way. From the second I walked in the door, it was an absolute pleasure. Every member of their staff that I interacted with genuinely cared about my well-being and took an immense amount of time to listen to my concerns.

I swear, I have never felt such confidence in the path laid out for my health than I did walking away from that office. Dr. Ericka is professional, caring, intuitive, extremely knowledgeable, and clearly loves what she does. It felt like a family!

Dr. Fuselier and his staff are knowledgeable and caring. He is the kindest, most genuine physician I have ever met and I appreciate him and his staff more than I can say. Being an nurse for 18 years, I've met many MDs and few can even compare to Dr. Fuselier.

Horrible experiences (3 years) I didn't relize gyno exams are not suppose to make you worried for days on end with no sleep. The experience with dr. Hemsell left me traumatized. Horrible bed side manner. Didn't administer test results to me. She pushed for procedures that were unnecessary. Maybe for the money. Please go somewheres other then women and children's!

I had Dr. Truman Hawes as my physician. He was an absolutely amazing doctor. If I still lived in the Lafayette, La area I would still be seeing him. My problem with this office is the billing department. They have no idea what they are doing. I received lab work in office that was sent to lab corp. The office did not put in my insurance information properly nor did they update my address as what I wrote on the forms.

Lab Corp consistently sent bills to an address that I do not live at and now I'm fighting to keep this bill from going to the credit bureau based on a mistake the billing department made.

Love my OB and haven't had a bad experience with this office. Don't really know where all the bad reviews are coming from but I'm glad I didn't listen to the internet and went ahead with Dr Herrington, she's really great as well as her nurses.

I moved from out of state to La. and suddenly found my self pregnant. I've never achieved conception with out the use of infertility drugs and procedures. Due to many losses and age I'm high risk. I didn't know where to go and a coworker suggest them. They have been there for me and is doing everything possible in their power to maintain this pregnancy and I feel so blessed to have found them. With out no prior records to go from they took the time to believe and listen to me as a patient. Hope and prayers for all of these dedicated Doctors and Nurses!

Dr. Cardinale is the absolute worst. He was more concerned about making sure that I wouldn't get pregnant instead of my health. I've been going to this doctor for two years, and he has never requested that I have lab work done. Instead of asking me medical questions, he just lectures me about my love life. Also, when I had issues with my birth control he ignored my request to switch to a different one. Try to avoid this doctor.

I love Dr. Mika King! She's the best. She is caring and very knowledgeable. It's hard to find doctors this good these days.
