Dr Tracy Salinas was rude and condescending. She would scoff, snort, and openly laugh at my answers to her questions. Following up on my previous review, I just received a letter in the mail that I can no longer receive care at this location. Being honest about your negative experience here will get you banned.

Instructions to get to the 3rd entrance were not clear, was literally dizzy and struggling to operate a vehicle and they kept telling me to go to the other side. Which side? There's two different sides and I'm sorry but I didn't feel like Potentially crashing. Then, they were suppose to reach out to me at 7:15 did not hear from them until 7:20ish. Then, sat there and waited until 8 o'clock just to be told it could be the flu or covid.
The Nurse Practitioner was not super friendly, but the nurse was somewhat nice. It's funny to me how Columbus Regional Health is in general suppose to be one of the best places to go. In my experience they ALL suck! I'd rather go to Franklin or Indy before going anywhere in Columbus. Ridiculous every time.

Had an appointment this morning at 8:30AM for my wife at Doctors Park Family Medicine. Arrived at 8:20AM and called in to let them know we were there, have to wait in the parking lot until they come and get you. After 4 repeated calls they finally came out and got her at 10:00AM, even though they came out and got people that arrived after we did. When she finally was able to speak to the nurse the nurse told my wife that no one told her that my wife was there, this is after we had called into the scheduling desk 4 times.
Before I go any further, the Doctors and Nurses are top notch, and it is a shame that the administrative support for these fine Professionals is so poor. Columbus Regional has to have the worst Customer Service of any organization I know. Having Patients wait in the parking lot is the most stupid thing I have ever heard of. You should bring just the Patient into the waiting room, ensure they have a mask on and ensure proper distancing.
This way you will know if you have missed someone. From now on, I will be utilizing the Franciscan Network for my medical needs and I would advise everyone else to do the same.

I saw a physician for a physical here in April and another doctor at another office had to tell me in June that my pap smear results did not come back 100% normal and treat me for it. Why no phone call from Doctor's Park? My new doctor ordered all of the labs that Doctor's Park did not to complete for an overall health screening. I'm only 27, can't imagine what would happen if someone at risk were given this treatment.

Hard to get an appointment with my personal doctor, and often have to wait well beyond the scheduled appointment times. Today was exceptionally bad. I had an appointment at 11:15 in the morning (not with my regular doctor). Arrived at 11:00, signed in at the front desk and signed information release documents. Waited and waited. After nearly an hour, I questioned the receptionist, who looked me up in the computer to find that the doctor marked me as a no-show despite the nurses never calling for me. They then said I had to wait another hour for his next appointment spot. Absolutely infuriating experience

Don't have anything going on in your life, even the reason for missed appointments is apart of your diagnosis. They are well aware of this being a possibility. Patients are not patients anymore we are just numbers who they can throw away if something gets difficult. I hope they never get depression, insomnia or anxiety. Or have to live in our shoes. If you have a mental illness this is not the place for you.
