April Simkins, FNP is a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She has specialized in pain management and is board certified by the American Academy of Pain Management. She earned her nursing degree from the University of Utah and has been practicing pain management at Utah Pain and Rehab since 2004.

I've got several issues that cause me a lot of pain. This is the first clinic I've been to who didn't treat me like I'm bothering them. They are great about getting back to me if I have a question, and have worked really hard on getting my meds to the right combination that works for me. I have nothing but good to say about April and her MA Amber.
I've recently been in a car accident on top of my other issues, and have started seeing Dr Wahlen. Everyone there is so nice and have been very helpful. They all truly want to get me to the best level possible, and I honestly don't understand all of the negative ratings this clinic has been given.

I had my first appointment today with Dr. Jessica M. She had spent an hour with me listening and talking to me about every single one of my concerns. I have been dealing and suffering with my issues for 10 plus years. I have never felt such genuine concern and genuine listening from a doctor that I did from her. There is not enough stars on here for me to put how truly great her and her staff was I truly appreciate every single thing and for the first time since all of this I have complete hope for my future.

Utah pain and rehab is 10/10 the best place I've been to for my back issues. Everyone is so kind and welcoming. They give great advice on care that you should be doing at home to fix you problems. I haven't had any experience with all of the facility but the chiropractor side is hands down the best!
