Body Logic is overcharging for HRT pellet therapy. They charge $1100; $299 new patient, $395 consultation, $70 pellet, $350 pellet insertion, $150 follow up phone call. The average cost of pellet therapy is $350-$450 total for everything. Do your homework, research on line, call several Doctors and facilities, in state and out of state. They push supplements in addition to taking advantage of women who are imbalanced and need help. Do not let your feelings over ride being over charged as you have options.

I originally found this place through a midnight insomnia googling session when my hormones had me not sleeping, not remembering, and feeling pretty crappy overall. I had my doubts when they tried to sell me a metric ton of supplements, but I must say that the progesterone has made me feel much better--sleeping better, memory is better, period is regular for the first time in 5 years.
I can't feel a difference from the supplements but we recently changed around the dosages so I still may. They order you to do a ton of testing but I've always gotten very thorough read outs from Dr Thomas. I know if I went to Kaiser Permanente with similar complaints, Kaiser would never order all this testing but instead would say, lose weight or something equally unhelpful. Finally, Dr Thomas wrote me a referral to a surgeon for my gall bladder removal that no other medical professional seemed that concerned about. The surgeon he referred me to did a reasonably good job and I'm glad BodyLogicMD led me down the path to have the GB removed.

I have been seeing Dr. Thomas for 7 years. I was a mess when I first started bioidentical hormone therapy and my health and quality of life has changed with his help. Keep in mind, it may take some time to find the right balance. What I love about Dr. Thomas is he really takes his time to listen and hear how I am feeling. Sometimes I will mention something in a vague reference and he picks up on it so we can talk about it and see if it's contributing to any imbalance.
Before HRT I was moody, sad, depressed, and felt like I was in a fog. I now have energy, vitality, and never want to go back to how I felt 7 years ago. Thank you Dr. Thomas, for being a good doctor, and a very caring provider. : Monica

What a joke. $850 to be told that I may have a leukemia blood disorder, and the only thing I was "prescribed", was a 45$ herb that I could have gotten at Target for less than $10. Oh, and I went to see an Oncologist and had extensive follow up bloodwork, to be told I had absolutely no blood disorders. Once that was all cleared, I was told I would need to come back in and spend $650 for a second visit, all on the "hope" that I would get hormone therapy. Are people really so desperate that they fall for this scam?
Oh and forget about a personal relationship with doctor. All you get is a string of clerical phone board people who harass you about more testing, ( all at $350 a pop that they wont let you use your medical plan for and you pay up front), and threats of " If you dont buy this or pay for that test you dont get to see our doctor. See a real doctor under your health plan, and forget this shady outfit.
