Amazing practice! We moved from NY to CT mid-pregnancy and transferred to this practice. Very minimal wait time and everything is organized, the staff are very friendly and professional! The doctors are caring and very knowledgeable and really make you feel comfortable. Special mention to Dr. Elizabeth Ackley who delivered our 2nd baby and made the whole experience very positive!

After a traumatic 1st delivery, she made it so that my husband and I actually enjoyed our experience this time! She made everything so much easier and did an amazing job I can't thank her and the whole team enough!

I am so thankful to have found Sound Obstetrics. I've had nothing but good experiences during 5+ years of their care. Their staff and doctors have been VERY respectful of my priorities, my time, and my feelings. Communication by office staff, doctors, and other medical professionals has been top notch. I've had both challenging and wonderful things happen while needing care at Sound, and they have handled every situation with the utmost courtesy and professionalism.

I've seen each doctor more than once and really like them all! My most complex situations have been with Dr. Baumbusch, Dr. Reel, and Dr. Fleischeim and they handled each time beautifully. Dr. Baumbusch in particular has been extraordinary in advocating for me and my choices, and I feel lucky that she delivered both of my babies! Thank you!

I came across Sound OBGYN back when I had my daughter 11 years ago and ever since they have been AMAZING. Fast forward to now as I'm preparing to welcome my new baby girl and The staff and office continue to go above and beyond. They're always so welcoming, doctors always give you all the time you need with them and never rush you out. Highly recommend!

Sound is hands down nothing short of amazing. I started with this group because I followed a provider when she left family medicine to come back to ob. My husband and I welcomed our daughter back in May. I can honestly say I feel like I had the best care during my pregnancy. Being a first time mom is scary. There's a lot going on and you don't know what normal and what's not.

I would call and always be reassured. I'd come in just to be checked. They were always super accommodating and I always felt like I was taken care of. I truly feel like I've had the best care. I can not thank this office enough for the well being and support I had throughout my pregnancy. Thank you all again from the bottom of my heart. Until next baby! :

Love this practice! I've moved around a lot over the past few years so I have seen a few different providers here. I've always had a pleasant experience with both the staff and clinicians. I currently see Dr. Reel, and he is great. He never rushes the appointment (a rarity nowadays), has 10/10 bedside manner, and is very thorough in answering questions

I have to say that this is the best practice I have been to. Not only are all of the drs and nurses amazing so are the office managers and front desk employees. I have recommended this practice to many of my friends and they have all loved it as well. Dr baumbusch also saved my and my babies life, when others said I was fine. Amazing dr who is very educated on many issues, as well as amazing bedside manner. Her office manager Christine is also wonderful and the care provided is world class.

I have never written a review about a physician but I feel compelled to write this one for Dr. Baumbusch. My terrific internist referred me to Dr. Baumbusch. Dr. Baumbusch took great care of me under sudden circumstances. She took the time to go over the diagnosis, treatment options and rationale for her recommendations. Dr. Baumbusch prepared for my procedures/surgery which made for a recovery that was remarkably smooth. I highly recommend Dr. Baumbusch.
