Dr Todd's Pediatrics PC

Dr todd and I go way back to when i i was in elementary school. When i was 18 i worked for dr todd and now im 34 years old and have 3 daughters of my own.if it wasnt for dr todd i know first hand their would be a ton of nervous moms and dads waiting at ers threw out the night. He is always there no matter the hour. He has been more to me then a dr a boss a dr to my kids he has been like my big brother since I can remember.

He is definitely an amazing man friend brother and dr. If you want to do right by your kids. take you kids to the best dr. Dr Todd Marcus the wait can be a little long but to see an amazing dr a person who cares and takes the time in the room to know your concerns and understands and to get to the diagnosis right its worth the wait when it comes to your kid.

For a while I've been looking to find a good pediatrician, and I switched with so many dr., I'm so happy that we decided to try Dr. Todd. he makes everything so easy for us, he cares about my daughters, there's never a long wait for a visit, very flexible and on top of all WHAT A GREAT DOCTOR. I have to share this about Dr. Todd, a lot of doctors that we went before they focus more about how to make money than actually how to help us as their patients, but with Dr. Todd it's completely a different story, he cares more about his patients health than anything else. For sure I would recommend Dr. Todd to everyone.

Dr. Todd is an Amazing guy who goes ABOVE AND BEYOND to help his patients and their PARENTS. His office is the most comfortable setting for kids I've ever seen. You feel very welcome, very important and like your child is their top priority! (Trust me, his practice is very, very busy) My daughter is always excited to see the doc! He has a a special way of dealing with his adolescent patients. Dr. Todd also has a beautiful family of his own.

To me, a Doc that's also a parent, makes so much difference. The staff are friendly and great at what they do. The girls at the desk work so hard to accommodate your appt. And medical needs.(Thank you Jenn & Devon) I did have one incident with the Doc himself ONLY because I have a horrible memory and NO PATIENCE, LOL. I COULDN'T SAY ENOUGH ABOUT THIS MAN and HIS WAY OF PRACTICING MEDICINE FOR KIDS HE LEARNED FROM THE BEST. His father also named Dr Todd who has since retired from Pediatric practice as well. I am so blessed to have a great Doc office I can RELY ON & TRUST!

Even before COVID they constantly cancel appointments and give you the run around. Staff can be very rude and sarcastic. Prior to COVID in office appointments would be there for over a hour before even be seen by the doctor.

I've been taking my kids to Dr Todd for about 7 years. We have fun talking to the staff, they have great bedside manner and make us laugh. Dr Todd is always consistent and thorough. I like his directness and honesty. He does thoughtful things to make the kids smile. He is always willing to do what it takes and has managed my children's healthcare wonderfully. The only thing I would say is that we do wait quite a while. I would recommend Dr Todd to anyone, just be sure to plan ahead in case of waiting.

Dr Todd is awesome! But the wait time is tough but if you want what is best for your child, Dr Todd and his assistant Jen are exactly what you are looking for. They care.

I came here a few years ago and this doctor is the rudist most unprofessional unknowledgeable doctor I have ever met. My nephew had a ridge going down his forehead and we brought the attention to the doctor that we thought it was a fused suture, trigonocephaly he said it was impossible and was so rude he made my sister cry. His assistant apologized for his behavior and said she couldn't believe his behavior.

We went to another ped U of M Michigan practice in Livonia and they referred us to a craino surgeon and he had trigonocephaly which he ended up having surgery because his suture needed to be released, a major surgery and if he did not have it could of affected how his brain grew! My sister wanted the notes from Dr Todds office after we switched peds and they made it really hard to get the notes and when she got them all it was, was scribbles. He doesn't even take notes he acts like he does. Do not go here!

Not bad, nothing spectacular. Associate dr's who we usually dealt with were nice. Only had Dr. Todd once, wasn't a fan but since we usually don't have him, we stayed. Staff was always nice. Wait times varied. Lost us as a patient when they moved locations with out notification. Needed to get in ASAP (pink eye), called, no answer, number gave a disconnected sound. Stopped by office, it was empty, no signs/graphics on windows.

No notice posted. By all accounts, seemed they had went under. Had to switch PCP's the next day only to find out weeks later by curiously calling again, that they had moved locations. A postcard or some kind of notice would have been nice.

This office is an absolute joke! Yesterday my daughter took my grand daughter to her well visit and waited in the room for 2 hours. Come to find out the DR WAS NOT EVEN THERE YET! This was not the first time this has happened. We will be finding another DOCTOR! Dr Todd has no respect for his patients!

My son has been going to Dr. Todd for about 13 years. I have had no problems whatsoever with the Dr. He is a great doctor. Parents need to understand that there may be a wait when you have a doctors appt. If one patient takes longer than expected, than everyone else will be pushed back, domino effect. He is extremely knowledgeable and answers any questions i may have. If i have to wait an hour (which i never have) it would be worth it.

WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS DOCTOR! Had a 4 pm appointment, after waiting an hour and a half nurse finally told is he wasn't even in the office. This is not the first time we have waited over an hour to see the doctor. Very unprofessional. Would not take my family here even if they were dying. I rate this doctor a big fat ZERO

If I could give this doctor 0 stars I would he is the most unprofessional doctor I have ever encountered he is often 2 hours or more late for appointments and the staff have no idea where he is the staff is fantastic there but I will never return because of how absolutely terrible the doctor is

Awful doctor. Often late, chews tobacco, highly unprofessional. I wouldn't ever return to his office. Leaving was the smartest thing over ever done for my kids. Referred to my daughter as a ham, (chunky baby) was very rough handling her. How he is still in business is beyond me.riding daddies coat tails I suspect.

Today we visited Dr. Todd's office for the last time! This was at least the third time we waited to see him and no one in the office knew where he was. They don't even have the decency to tell people the doctor isn't thereHe is unreliable and Hayes to be questioned. His arrogance is only surpassed by his complete disregard and disrespect for his patients' time and opinion.

His nursing staff is nice and I really feel sorry for them because they have to cover for him a lot. We loved the PA- Cat and she's the reason we kept going to that office. But we're done.

Very efficient office. They are so good with kids. Not sure what the reviewer below is complaining about. Dr Todd is good with kids and medically knows exactly what he is doing, does it matter if he does chewing tobacco? No.

We've been taking our kids to see Dr. Todd for more than 9 years. Both he and Dr. Kat are great, acting silly when needed to make the kids feel comfortable. We've known from day one that our kid's health & well being are their number one priority. Occasionally there is a wait, just like you'd find at any other doctor's office. The office staff has always been friendly, professional and courteous, willing to accommodate short notice appointments when possible. We have recommended Dr. Todd's Pediatrics to numerous friends & family over the years and will continue to do so. (Go Blue!)

I have been going to this office since the birth of my son in January 2015. I first chose the office due to a recommendation and the convenience of the location. In the past 8 months, my dislike for this office has grown. Today was the last straw. I arrived 10 minutes early for my appointment, and my son and I were the only ones in the waiting room.

After being escorted to the exam room, I waited for 45 minutes before I walked out of the room (at this point, my child is pretty close to being hysterical, as he has a cold as well) when I told the receptionist I would call to reschedule, as I can't wait any longer, I didn't even get an apology. This is the 4th time I've had an extremely long wait.

The time before this was for a sick visit, and again, my son and I waited in reception for an hour and a half before even being called back to the exam room. Then we waited an additional 40 before the Dr even came into our exam room. Now let's get to the Dr. He's very quick, and makes you feel as though he's in a rush; and your questions regarding the care and development of your child are almost an annoyance to him.

He doesn't even ask how you're doing, or make small talk. That's odd to me. The assistants are typically inconsiderate and rude. Every time I take my son there, I feel as though I'm inconveniencing them. I will no longer be retiring to this office.

THIS "doctor" should not be practicing on children! He is rude and short tempered. He chews tobacco while examining your kid and all he does is scribbles while taking noteS on your child! No words just doodles! I got a copy of his notes which was super hard to get from his secretary and now I know why, it's because he just scribbles and pretends to be taking down notes! This guy is a joke!

Horrible Dr! He was chewing and spitting tobacco in a cup while he was examining my children. He hit on me and told my son how "hot" I was. Yelled and screamed at me in front of my children on our last visit.

Dr. Todd and his staff are AMAZING. This is the best place around to bring your kids. There are games to play in the office, sports memorabilia, and 2 waiting rooms- one for sick and one for healthy. I wouldn't take my son anywhere else!
