Our fellowship teaches the primary care physician to work with a team in a dynamic environment, obtaining additional focused experience with a Division I university, Action Sports Industry, and the local community.

Am a disabled Marine Corps Veteran. I have been going to this practice for about a year. Which they have billed & profited thousands of dollars from my insurance. I recently needed a simple 1 paragraph letter from the doctor in regards to saying that it is a benefit for me to have a service animal. I gave them a template in which to follow this way I can get approved through the V.A. for veterinarian health benefits for my dog.

You see I lost my 10 year old black lab service animal from a internal bleeding which was very hard on me to put her down. I today called to pick up the letter and they tell me they are CHARGING ME $25.00. REALLY.THANKS FOR YOUR SERVICE
