Whether you are in need of medical, dental, or behavioral health services, we are here to help. I've only gotten dental work done but everyone was so helpful and just made me feel so comfortable? And my extraction today went great! I went in for a simple procedure that got a little complicated! Dr. Long was amazing, as well as Dr. Craft and Dr. Nichols-Totten! They were all caring and attentive and did everything they could to make my procedure as comfortable as possible! I had the best experience at the dental clinic.

Very disappointed. They say that they see regardless of insurance. My son was homeless is LA. We went and picked him up. He doesn't have a job yet, we are waiting for an appointment to even get him a DL. This clinic wants to base my son's sliding fee on OUR income. This is not correct for services that are supposed to be a community based service with funding.
My 30 year old son is not my dependent. I paid $180 for him to be seen today. Never coming back! The receptionist was rude and offered no alternatives. She said 'it was fine if we never come back'. I do not recommend this place!

My grand daughter went for her six month dental exam, I felt it was rushed. The hygienist although courteous didn't clean or scrape grand daughter's teeth to remove any plaque. The hygienist just used polish and counted the patient's teeth then after dentist came in she applied fluoride. The dentist seemed rushed as well. Yes my little is just 5 however we as care givers want the best care for our littles.
Just please slow down and if cleaning not required convey that to caregivers of little ones. I rely on Salina Family healthcare to keep my family healthy. Just slow down a bit. Explain if procedure not required so we don't feel like it was over looked.

I called at the beginning of November to get an appointment couldn't get an appointment until November 30th and then get called today to tell me that the provider can't see me on that day and I'm going to have to schedule it out for another week how am I supposed to get any help when I have to wait a month and then get pushed back even farther that's terrible. And the lady at the front desk was rude and was absolutely no help whatsoever terrible customer service.

The staff at Salina Family Health are helpful, respectful, knowledgeable and go above and beyond to make patients comfortable. They took time to make my special needs sister feel safe and heard. I m very impressed with this facility as most in this category are quite disappointing and frustrating to deal with. I'm truly grateful for their high standards in this difficult time. Lea Miller

This was my three-year-old daughter's first time at the dentist. Our hygienist, Haley, made every effort to make my daughter feel comfortable. She spoke softly and kindly and showed her each of the instruments and explained everything she would do before doing it. My daughter was nervous, but she responded to Haley well and the appointment was so positive. Unfortunately, when Dr. Abbick walked into the room, my daughter became very frightened and recoiled.
She didn't want to show her face and it took a lot of prodding to convince her to finish the appointment. Dr. Abbick entered the room talking loudly and because he came in from behind my daughter, she was startled. He spoke in baby talk, and continued to speak loudly, asking her if he could "see her 'toofies'." She wasn't responding well but he didn't back down in volume or pitch or proximity to my daughter, even though she was visibly afraid.
I was able to calm her and he was able to examine her teeth. But since then, any mention of the dentist, and she won't talk about it. This is very unlike her. She hasn't had a reaction like this at any Doctor appointment before. We will use this clinic again because I have had wonderful experiences with all of the staff at previous visits. I felt it was important to write this review to offer constructive feedback. Some simple changes would make a difference in the comfort level of the younger patients.

I want to thank my dentist and hygienist for their kindness and for the unparalleled attention to detail that they exhibited during my recent visits. They are both extraordinarily adept at their profession and I would highly recommend them. They are a valuable asset to Salina Family Healthcare Center.

Doing good. I want to take some time to say thank you to Salina Family Health Care. At the beginning of the pandemic like a lot of people, I was scared. We have high health risk in my family. I didn't want to go to the Doctor even when I needed to. But my last 3 in-clinic visits, I noticed how equipped they are and the consistency to keep the clinic sanitized. They are doing a great job all around. I felt less anxiety going in the clinic and I just want to say thank you! Ms. Reid
