Services
The 1980s proved to be a large growth period for our orthopaedic clinic. Medical needs west of the Ouachita River increased as the population expanded. A new office on McMillan Road in West Monroe was opened in order to provide more convenience and accessibility for patients. Following the addition of the McMillan location, our main office transferred operations to the Physicians and Surgeons Surgical Hospital on Grammont Street. The hospital began providing same-day surgery, which reduced costs to patients.
At North Louisiana Orthopaedic & Sports Medicine Clinic, your needs are our highest concern. We understand how important it is for you to be seen in a timely manner. For this reason, we make every effort to accommodate appointments immediately upon request. If you have a serious medical problem and are seen in the emergency room, the hospital emergency room doctors are well-trained and able to perform appropriate initial care. They will make a referral to North Louisiana Orthopaedic & Sports Medicine Clinic for follow-up care if you choose a specialist in our practice.

I have been a patient of Dr. Sirmon for several years. My experiences have always been very positive. He is very kind, attentive to your issues, and is very thorough in his observations of your problems. He seeks to provide the best treatment possible. I love the new location because you can now receive therapy without having to seek other facilities.
A professional, friendly staff is there to assist you. I love the physical therapists; they work as a team and are very knowledgeable and supportive when caring for you. After the first therapy session, you want to come back for more. I highly recommend you give NLO a try. You will be pleased!

This is my third tore tendon, three different ones, both shoulders -rotator cuffs and now my Achilles, that over the years you have helped me in my time of need. Excellent Doctors, friendly staff, and great care. And yes, I have already recommended NLO to my mother. She broke her ankle last year and at 76, is back playing golf again. Thank you so much for what you have done for our family. Dr. Bullock and Dr. Dona are fantastic.

Very professional organization. Staff are excellent, knowledgeable and caring. Doctors took there time with me, and explained everything so I could understand what was going to happen. My time with them, was not rushed, they acted like I was the only patient that had. I highly recommend these highly qualified people.
