I've got major nerve pain in my back, hips and legs. I've been coming here 5 years and when I tell them the pain pills arent working anymore, they just threaten to stop giving them to me. Out of the many times I've been here, I very seldom see the same nurse. They arent managing my pain and that's the whole reason for me coming. I'm in alot of pain and they lowered my dosage even after saying they were going to talk to Dr Gordon about increasing the dosage. If you come here you will be treated like cattle. Im sick of this place. They do not care about the patient, just the money

This center does not care if you hurt or not as long as they get the $572.00 from you to do a procedure and your income is only $1300 per month. When I told them I couldn't afford it that I would just have to hurt the NP's response was OK! I also had an appointment with Dr Ledbetter but the NP came in. NO, that is not acceptable. Waited 45 minutes on Dr L and he never came. My time is just as important as their time. Did not get anything from this appointment yet I paid $45.00 for it. STAY AWAY FROM THESE DONT CARE DOCTORS!

Don't use these people, I got refused service cause of the pain management I use to go to! They said my pain was all in my head, when I am clinically disabled with disc terrating and fibro! These doctors are rude and hope he loses his job!

My doctors office has sent over a referral and medical records from out of state. I've been trying to get an appointment for two months. First they said they didn't get my referral it was faxed over four times. Then they said they didn't have my medical records and medical records were faxed over twice. I called every day for two weeks they finally tell me they didn't except self-pay patients.

I'm not self-pay I have Insurance. Last week I was told that they were going to talk to the doctor personally and update my insurance information and call me back immediately. I'm in desperate need of an epidural steroid injection and in a tremendous amount of pain to the point where it is hard for me to walk. I asked them last week to come back and let me know so I could get my medical records and a referral sent to Shreveport.

Very rude I have herniated disk my dr. Sent me there no help with pain today and I am very worried of the quality of work I will get with back injections. If you can avoid this place I recommend finding other doctors

Have been going there for several years and after the first couple of visits of seeing Dr. Gorden I have yet to see him again. Always a nurse practitioner. I feel as if they don't know me or my case and possibly glance at my chart before walking in the room. Today until I got upset they offered no solution to my problem and the nurse giving the injections was extremely rude.

She interrupted me three times while I was explaining my symptoms. I hate to give a bad review but this is not the first time she has been rude and condescending. We physically feel bad enough without being made to feel mentally worse.

Dr. Hardy Gordon is extremely rude! Would not recommend him to anyone! Spoke down to me the entire time and I had all I could handle of the dude! I got up and left the room and I will never return to this facility! Maybe the other drs are good but I would stay clear of him! I am 47 and never been treated like I was white trash! I am still in disbelief!

Check in and out at reception desk was professional and staff was very pleasant. Personal in Triage and the nurses staff were professional and pleasant as well. The Dr. was concerned and efficient, ask questions about me and services I received from other doctors and other professional. My last experience was with the Lab, staff was pleasant and professional. I would recommend this facility to anyone who needs ask about it. Thank you for a pleasant experience. See you soon

I'm thankful for Louisiana Pain Care, with that being said I only gave them 3 stars because there's definitely room for improvement. Wait time can be ridiculous. I understand things happen but every appointment you will end up waiting 30+ min over your appointment time. My time is important too. Just saying. I've only ever seen my actual DR 1 time in the 4 years I've been going here.

Always a Physician assistant is who you will deal with and usually never the same one so you will need to explain things over and over as no one is familiar with you. Hard to build a patient Dr relationship when you are shuffled to different Physician assistants each time. Other than those few things I am pleased to have a Pain clinic available in my area. Staff is always nice but you can tell they are definitely over worked. I was told they see as many as 400 people a day.

I was dreading my first appointment and even more so when I drove up and the parking lot was full! I am happy to report that my fears were unfounded. The staff was friendly and courteous; obviously, there was a wait but it was much quicker than I expected. Dr. Gordon was polite, unhurried and very patient in answering my questions and addressing my concerns. All in all my appointment was "painless"!

We are lucky to have the Pain Center in our area- I had to travel to Baton Rouge several years ago for this treatment- I highly recommend this facility.

I had to give one star because the rating system wouldn't let me give them a ZERO! How does this establishment continue to conduct business with the inept people who answer their telephones? My family member has gotten nothing but the run around from these people who promise to call back but don't. Medical records have been sent but this establishment is still whining about other documents that are out of our control.

If there is an issue with ones history why don't they establish a history with a prospective patient so that said patient can begin to move away from excruciating pain? The "Louisiana Pain Care" has been a major PAIN for us! As another party indicated, we'll also drive to Shreveport rather than deal with this degree of unprofessionalism!

Great group of professionals that make my quality of life much better than it could be without them. They've got a fantastic front desk that keeps patients moving!
