I called them twice to sort out a payment issue. I have 100% coverage insurance for my family and they sent my wife a $25 bill. Told them to send it to my insurance company twice. They didn't and it got sent to collections.

Very busy place but people are generally helpful and courteous, and seem to be very competent.

Sent my bill to collections that I definitely paid AND have a confirmation number for. They also billed me for a lot of extra things.

Billing us for procedures that were not performed. Will be filing a complaint with the state board as they refuse to correct this an are "confident in our billing department"

I sent in a check for a bill 3 months ago, and thought I was done. They didn't notify me at all that the deadline was hit without them processing my check until I got a letter from a debt collection agency this week. Now my credit score is in the toilet because of a $15 bill.

Their billing department is a disaster. Billed me for the same charge twice without checking, then told me it was my responsibility to cancel my recurring payment with them, which I never set up in the first place.
