Our dedicated, professional staff will provide you with expert care. The nursing staff is specifically trained in outpatient procedures and caring for plastic surgery patients. For on-site surgery, we have a certified registered nurse anesthetist on staff. Our highly skilled medical team will gladly answer any question you have.
Dr. Mike Yates, Dr. Bill Alison and the entire staff wish to honor and uphold the integrity, care, compassion and skill exemplified by our founding physician Deason Dunagan, MD. Dr. Dunagan was loved by both patients and staff. During his 39 year medical career, he cared for literally thousands of patients.
Patients scheduled for surgery will check in with the first floor receptionist (Suite 1421). Our comfortable and private overnight accommodations are also housed on the first floor adjacent to our surgical suites. We will also see you downstairs for your first few weeks after surgery to remove any stitches and check your recovery progress.
Most patients who visit us for facial surgery have a specific area of concern. They may note their eyes give them a tired look or they have sagging skin along the jawline or in the neck area. They may notice a combination of aging changes that makes them look older than they feel. Perhaps they are concerned about the shape and appearance of their nose, prominent ears, or a recessive chin.

I went in to get a fresh look and get a smooth nice complexion. He suggested the CO2 laser, which he would have to put me under anesthesia. I figured hey, if it's gonna work, that sounds great! After paying the money, getting ready and excited. They put me under and the procedure was ever before I knew it. After one week I noticed no difference and I called them. They told me it will take up to two months. After a year later my skin is exactly the same and never changed. Total waste of money.

I have been seeing Dr. Yates since 2008 for Botox and Juvederm treatments as well as 2 cosmetic surgeries. He and his staff are a highly skilled professional team that offer great attention to detail. Bedside manner has always been respectful, friendly, and always professionally appropriate. I would recommend Dr. Alison to all my friends and family. Dr Alison staff are all wonderful and his bed side manners was unbelievable. I had surgery June 4, 2019 and I'm as happy today as I was then everything Dr Alison tell me was the honest truth. If I have anything else done he will be the one to do it. I really loved my experience here.

I had eye lift or blepharoplasty, on October 1, 2019. I was so nervous about this procedure, but the staff and Dr. Yates were just the best. The surgery, recovery and results were even better than I expected. I am so very pleased and you can not even see where the stitches were, and I had no pain at all, I do recommend using the Tucks pads and the Ice pack, they said 48 hours I used it for 3 or 4 days and even went to sleep with it a few times, I loved the cool feeling. Now, I am telling everyone about what a great experience I had, and trying to get my husband to go have it done. Thank you Dr. Yates and staff. PJV
