Is this the place connected to the one that shut down. It wont last long the way i hear its going so dont think a review will help you. Ive done heard of people smothering this place from east tn Im from nc i dont like that at all. So enjoy while you can

Do not go here they change the rules and regulations to fit there needs as you go, you will have a new counselor every two weeks. If you have prescriptions from an outside doctor they will kick you out but someone can flunk every drug test buying the same thing off the street and nothing is done about it. Also not a homo phob but they have homosexual male counselors that watch you take a drug test and tell you that you have to take lgbt classes in order to get take homes.

Also the pharmacist Braxton will tell your bussiness and what you are prescribed from there to outside sources like his bf and friends I was done like this by him and it came back to me through someone who knows both party's. I was kicked out because of this and will be seeing what methods of lawsuits I can get on them. Also christy the director is two face. And acts like she is for you when the two of you are alone but when her coworkers are around she chooses there side and goes back on her word.

I went almost 2 months, they never had a doctor to help you, the staff yelled at me so I left crying out the back door and couldn't go back. They kept my money and refuse to give it back. The receptionist hung up on me when I tried to explain my experience. They over charge, steal and don't care about you at all. I wish I could do minus a star

Hello my name is Sandy Howard and I am new at Palmetto Carolina and I am writing this review about one of the Counselors there. I am not sure about her last name but her first name is Grace. I have not been coming here long and they have really helped me as far as how they are helping with my recovery. But I have to say that Grace is not my Counselor but I know and just Love her to pieces.

She is the only one who comes to me and speaks to me and ask me how I am doing, and I do mean the only one. I know her thru my son because she is his Counselor. She made me feel so welcome and she takes very good care of Charlie and that is one reason I will hate so bad to see her leave. I am not sure why she is leaving because that is not my business but I am really sad that she is going.

She is very caring and you can see it and to me that is a person who is loyal to her job and cares about her patients. I really wish her much success in her future but Grace if you see this please know that You will be missed by this patient who is not yours but wish you would stay and I could be yours. We Love You Grace!

Well, at first things went really well. The doctor was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. It's expensive but that's the price you pay for having to utilize their services. Everything was going well and I got staged up to start getting prescriptions and was very happy to have that opportunity because it's very hard to get there before work or get off early.

But when I turn my prescription in, they said I'd have to get the dr to sign a paper for insurance. So I go back on a Saturday and they would only let me pay and get through Sunday and told me to come back Monday at 10. So I go back Monday at 10 for them to say they can't do anything for me, I'd have to work out with the pharmacy. Either pay whole charge, if they will do it.

Not only did I waste 3 hours doing exactly what I was asked but they were very unsupportive and could not care less how I got this resolved. Seemed very unprofessional when a big part of what they do if offer encouragement and assistance.

They are professional, fair, and make you follow the rules for your best interest. Never seen a fight here or drug deal in the parking lot as I have all the other clinics I've been to except Charlotte.

Granted this is the only clinic i have ever been a patient at of this type, i still say they are the absolute BEST! I just do not see how it could be better unless it did become free lol. Myself and two other patients of theirs actually drive 30 minutes from home to get there while passing another clinic that offers the exact same services. I have only been a patient for a littel over a month buth still i have been treated like a human and not just another addict.

Anyone that has something bad to say is failing drug screens, not arriving on time and expecting a hand out when it comes to payments. I have never done either of the three things i just listed and i have been treated with the upmost respect. They have sincerely helped me to save my life! #2thumbsupPCTC

I love this place all the counselors and pharmacist are so nice and they work with you if you don't have the money for one day and can't pay for something right then. this place has really saves my life. I advise. only go if you really want help because to take advantage of what the offer is just wrong.
