I had a breast augmentation done 4 days ago by Dr. Zemmel and all I can say is WOW. From his bedside manner, to his PA and nurses, to front desk staff, I've never felt so welcomed at an office before. I have a very bubbly personality and wanted this for so long and no one made me feel like I was being annoying or being too excited about my breast augmentation.

They answered every question and concern thoroughly and made me feel confident in the decision I was making. Dr. Zemmel picked the perfect size for my body and assured me that my results would be stunning and boy was he right! My breasts have never looked better, the healing process has been phenomenal with minimal pain/uncomfortableness. I've recommended everyone to come and see Dr. Zemmel and his staff. Dr. Karishma Reddy recently performed an arm lift on me after massive weight loss over the last seven years. During my time with her, I've come to know her as an intelligent, skilled, and personable plastic surgeon. It can be tough to find a surgical provider who is good at what they do and able to make you feel like they genuinely care and want the best for you. Dr. Reddy did all of this, and it honestly made the experience from consult through post-surgery care easier.

She was always reassuring and knowledgeable. I am so glad to have found her during this time of significant transition. I had a massive amount of skin that needed to be removed, and she did an excellent job reshaping my arm to "match" my overall shape. It takes knowledge and intuition to know how much skin to take away so the result is not still too big or disproportionately small.

In addition, I am impressed with her ability to have made my incisions extremely thin and well hidden. Overall, I am thrilled with my experience with Dr. Reddy and the team at Richmond Aesthetic Surgery. Dr. Zemmel took the time to explain to me exactly what to expect with my face lift. It turned out even better than I could have imagined. I am so happy and would recommend anyone to him. Very little down time and I look 10 years younger and have so much more self confidence. 5 stars for me!

At 35 I didn't expect to need a double mastectomy, but I did. I "shopped around" and had consults with multiple plastic surgeons for reconstruction. I decided on Dr. Z and his team and I wouldn't change a thing. The staff are welcoming, comforting, understanding, and just plain amazing. Dr. Z was there for me every step of the way for all 856 questions and never brushed me off. If I ever need any other procedures, I'll be going back no question.

I had my top surgery done by Dr. Reddy and she was great! She is very reassuring and calming. Which made it easy to trust her with such a big decision. She's very patient, answered any questions, and reassured me and any worries I had.

About a month ago now, Dr. Reddy performed my breast reduction surgery. I consider myself incredibly lucky to have had Dr. Reddy as my doctor for this life changing decision. I had a bilateral breast reduction with Dr. Reddy and can honestly say that it was the best experience I've had with a doctor. Going from an F to a D was life changing, and recovery was very smooth thanks to Dr. Reddy and staff's expertise. Every concern I had pre and post op was addressed by the team, and I went into surgery with complete confidence in my doctor.

I cannot recommend Dr. Reddy enough. By day 6 I was pain free and off medication, and the capability of Nurse Sarah at the office made drain removal a completely painless experience. I got top surgery (bilateral double mastectomy) done by Dr. Reddy 4 weeks ago. As soon as I met with her at the consultation, I had a good feeling about having her perform my surgery. All the staff is incredibly nice and helpful as well! After having some bad experiences meeting with other surgeons prior, she made me feel comfortable and relieved.

She was knowledgeable, respectful, non-judgemental, and reassuring throughout this whole process. I had a complication initially but she was so quick to correct and made sure I was well taken care of. Now I'm healing beautifully and my results are better than I could've imagined. Gender affirming procedures are so important and life changing for trans people so finding a surgeon that was able to ease my anxiety and treat me like a human being with care and compassion was crucial and she did that!

I had FTM top surgery done by Dr. Reddy. Although she didn't have a portfolio available specific to the procedure I was having done, She had the confidence to ensure me with the best possible results. I took the leap of faith and I must say I am ecstatic with the way my chest has turned out! She is extremely talented, and her work is impeccable. Dr. Reddy was very personable and took the time to get to know me and my fiance with each appointment we attended. I had top surgery with Dr. Reddy about 4 weeks ago. I was incredibly anxious and felt like I had a million and one questions. As a non-binary person I needed someone to help me find the chest right for me. She did this and so much more! Dr. Reddy was kind, playful, and gave me the space to ask all my anxious ridden questions without judgement. Throughout the process she has been an incredible human to me and my partner - answering our questions and playing along with our lame jokes along the way.

I got a breast reduction done with Dr. Reddy. As someone who is a Woman of Color, I was very comfortable with Dr. Reddy. She was really understanding when I was nervous about the procedure. She is very caring for her patients and is always just as excited for you as you are for yourself. I'm glad she did my surgery as she is one of the nicest doctors I have ever met.

The hospital staff was also very excellent! The nurses treated me like I was there own as I'm on the younger side of people who get breast reduction.
