Saw him today for first time. He seemed very kind. I think he was a great Dr. Better than others I've had. He cleared the wax out of my ear and was very informative. He asked if I had any questions or concerns. I will be going back in a year for a check up.

We have been working with Lisa to help my 94-year-old Mom, who has significant hearing loss, with her hearing aids. Lisa is extremely knowledgeable and patient. She explains things well. Morever, she truly understands the products which has allowed us to receive full benefits of the hearing aid company's services. We feel lucky to have her support!

I liked Dr. Goebals personality and the professional manner in which he conducted my appointment with him. The place was clean, and comfortable. He did want some medicines changed, which my former allergist never did. He also promised to follow up with me in two months.

I started seeing Dr Sufyan in January 2022 for constant sinus issues. He sent me for a CT scan after my first appointment and had my diagnosis and surgery scheduled within a month. He did 4 procedures on me and everything went better than planned. He is always very kind and knowledgeable at my appointments and I haven't had to wait more than a few minutes past my appointment.

I called yesterday and they were able to fit me in today, I was shocked but very thankful. I saw Eileen Bridges, my audiologist, and she's great. Very professional, thorough, and helpful. I'd recommend her to anyone that needs help getting their hearing tested and purchasing hearing aids.

My Family Doctor sent me over to Mid-Michigan Ear Nose and Throat to have this foreign growth on my hand looked at. I visited Dr. Ahmed Sufyan, he looked at it and immediately thought it was a form of skin cancer and told me he was going to scrap a layer off and send it in to confirm if it was what he thought it was. He made it to be a very pleasant and surpriseantly painless experience for me. He is a very kind and knowledgeable physician. I would recommend him to anybody. He was very thorough. This place is unprofessional, disrespectful, and not worth your time. It may be the ONLY ENT in Lansing and they sure act like it. Literally drive anywhere else, this is your health, not a $3 cheeseburger. I had a referral for an urgent issue in my throat. I had an appointment for over two weeks and the day before they cancele my appointment and offered me an appointment two weeks later.

I explained I had an issue and that I needed an appointment sooner, hence the referral from a doctor's office and they said there was nothing they could do to help and their dates were their dates. So let me get this straight, if I wanted to cancel less than 48 hours before an appointment, you get to charge me money. But I wait my time like everyone else and you cancel my appointment with no alternative.

I've been to this place before and it was okay, but the appointment came down to the doctors telling me they had no idea and to just wait it out. There's literally nothing good about this place.

I needed audiology testing to determine the level of my hearing loss. The testing was done in a timely manner. The PA I saw did an excellent job of explaining the degree of my hearing loss and the best way to address it. Everyone was efficient and friendly. Very impressed with all the staff

Lloyd Ingram gave excellent care. Great bedside manner, explained the procedure and medically what was going on. I would recommend the practice because procedures and staff were efficient and friendly. I was little disappointed they do not have a cancellation list when trying to obtain an earlier appointment.
