My experience at Mercer-Bucks Orthopedics' Hamilton Office was excellent. Dr. Zak has all the attributes you would want in your doctor: knowledgeable, experienced, and professional, while at the same time approachable, compassionate, and unrushed. His evaluation and explanation were thourough and understandable. He treatment is not a one size fits all, but very individual. My friend referred me to Dr. Zak because she was most pleased with her treatment. I am glad she did.

Dr. Armbruster is one of my favorite doctors. I know not everyone likes to go to a doctor but I've seen him for many years (off and on) and I've never had a bad experience with him. The same goes for his PA Steve and nurse Jody as well. Definitely a 5+ star doctor in his field.

I was able to get an appointment within 2 days after calling. The staff were very nice. Dr. Bills was very kind and did a thorough exam. He did an injection in my knee that was painless. Highly recommended.

This week was my 1st at MBO & from start to finish it was a great experience. The reception staff, the medical assistants, & the doctors were all top notch. The radiology tech was very friendly & did her job well to cause as little pain as possible to my injured ankle. Dr. Yak was wonderful & really educated me about my current ankle injury & what's been done to it in the past from my x-rays.

My x-rays showed that I had previously fractured my ankle & never knew it. Dr. Yak gave me the most comfortable boot to wear so that I could be mobile & still able to work. I will recommend Mercer Bucks Orthopedic to everyone.

Dr. Armbruster is very caring and an exceptional surgeon. Takes time to explain in detailed all questions that are asked with a smile and reassurance which makes one feel very safe and confident in his hands. I'm very happy with the hand surgery that he performed to remove the implants. Have good experience with the people working with him. Thank you.

Dr. Zak is the best doctor I've ever had treat me and I've had many. I had osteomyelitis from an open fracture on the left foot that a few doctors treated unsuccessfully. Then I was referred to Dr. Zak and everything changed for me from thinking of amputation to an infection free fully healed repaired foot in fairly short order. In collaboration with his assistant Katie, Dr. Zak acted quickly, precisely and successfully in getting me fixed and back on my feet. Thank you Dr. Zak and thank you Katie for all your help in getting me healthy again!

The receptionist was pleasant and helpful. The PA was friendly and knowledgeable. Dr Nolan was gentle and explained in detail my injury and what he was going to do to correct it and going forward the plans for therapy. He wasn't rushed and he answered all my questions. I would definitely recommend this Group.

I am so glad I went to see you and chose this group. I loved Dr Bill and he absolutely addressed my issue with patience. I received cortisone shots in both of my knees and already, the next day, I have relief. I highly recommend you guys. Thank you!

I have bad osteoarthritis in my right knee. I saw Dr. Kleinbart (08/11/21) and was referred to try the gel injections to relieve my terrible pain. I gave my insurance info and was told my out of pocket would be about $197.04 so I paid that. I then get billed another for $472.67 and they just went and charged my credit card. Watch what they have you sign.

I got no relief from these injections and was charged another $185 for a cortisone shot. I look at the bill and the fee to just get a shot is $180 plus $350 for the gel and the PA did 2 of them. How can this happen. I try to call the billing department and it's always a long hold. On one of the appointments I had to wait 2 hours. I have gone to MBO for years and was always satisfied with their service. I am on a fixed income and almost $1000 out of pocket I still can hardly walk. Look like they care about the bottom line then patient.

Both my husband and I have been seeing Dr Rudolph Zak for many years now and he has done an amazing job for both of us. My husband had ankle replacement that 2 other doctors told him was impossible and 6 years later the result is miraculous. I have suffered from heal spurs and most recently had ankle surgery for arthritis and torn ligaments. Again no pain at all in recovery where before I couldn't walk. The staff are great as well. I recommend Mercer Bucks for any physical orthopedic issues.

I have been with Mercer Bucks for a few years now & would definitely recommend! I see Dr. Armbruster & Dr. Kleinbart and they are great! They listen and really care about their patients. Office staff is also great, especially nurse Jody! They go above & beyond for sure!

Dr. Zak is a very good and knowledgeable doctor. I have seen him many times for my foot issues and he has been very patient with me. I have never seen a patient Doctor like him. His assistant Katie is very efficient and personable.

Dr Zak is wonderful. He repaired the torn ligament in my ankle 3 years ago. He is very knowledgeable and listens to all of questions. Now I am back to him for a fractured foot. Again, he explains my xrays and MRIs in detail, and is getting me on the road to recovery. I know I am in good hands with Dr Zak, and I trust him totally.

Very satisfied with Doctor Zak and the staff at Mercer Bucks Ortho. Went originally for second opinion with broken foot. I was very pleased with how I was treated and continued with Dr. Zak. I would highly recommend for personal treatment and professional staff. In addition to the Doctor and assistants- I also appreciate their consistent consideration of scheduled appointment time. No waiting for hours just to be called in.

I have had pain in my right knee and they discovered it was arthritis. They nurses and staff were so kind, the physician's assistant was just the sweetest! She made me feel so comfortable. I haven't been to the doctors in ages and I was terrified. I got a cortisone shot and my knee feels brand new. They are the best. Check in was easy and they saw me almost immediately. Really friendly and efficient staff.

Had a great experience on my visit yesterday. Dr. Scott took the time to listen, explain my condition and talked to me about treatment options. He drained fluid from my knees which made it possible for me to walk up and down the stairs much easier. Had a great experience on a previous visit as well. Would definitely recommend them.
