Despite advances in medical technology to detect and treat cancer, a new study shows that. Doctors have known for years that smoking cigarettes, cigars, and pipe tobacco causes cancer. Degenerative disc disease is not actually a disease, but rather a group of conditions that. Did you know that many people with osteoporosis don't realize they have the condition until.

An enema uses a small tube to gently inject a special liquid (barium) into your rectum. Usually, an enema is filled with a special fluid to help you move your bowels when you're constipated or in preparation for surgical procedures. A barium enema uses a metallic solution that coats the inside of your large intestine, making it easier to see the intestine with an x-ray.

I called RAI Lawrwnceville at 9:07 this morning, 6/22/22 to make an appointment and got the most rudest obnoxious incompetent scheduler. He was very unprofessional and tried to tell me about something he knew nothing about. He talked AT me the entire time and I definitely raised my voice back at this ignorant illiterate man! I will find a number to her irups to report him.

Doris is amazing first of all. I just finished my appointment and the doctor Eric Bosworth was rude and had the worst bedside manner I have ever heard and seen. He stood in the middle of the room did not bother asking how I was not did he care. I was nervous and scared because it was a lump. He was rude to not only me but to the other staff members.
I would not at all recommend seeing this doctor Eric Bosworth. Absolutely disgusting treatment they should be ashamed to have hired this person. As for the other doctors I cannot give an opinion as I did not speak with them but for the one he really set a tone for that office. If your going to be a doctor learn how to use sympathy and polite mannerisms towards patients.

Had x-rays and they sent report to my Dr. saying they were normal. Took me months to get in to see a specialist and he took one look at the x-ray and said there is nothing normal about this! All the months I was in severe pain could have been avoided, if they just read the film's correctly! NOT COOL.

Wow, I cannot believe I was treated so poorly! I received a separate bill in the mail from when I was at the hospital and had some imaging done for which my insurance would not cover. I called to make a payment because I could not afford to pay the whole amount at once. As a single homeowner I just cannot squeak that much out of my budget especially since I also have a whopping hospital bill to pay.
I called, acknowledged the amount to pay and asked for a payment plan. I was told three months which does not make this any more affordable. They wont do any longer. Then I was told if I do not make those three payments "on time" I would be sent to collections. What? This is NOT a credit card company! By the end of the conversation I did not feel comfortable providing them my credit card information so I am going to mail them a payment each month but it WILL NOT be paid off in three months.
What I do not understand is that here I am TRYING to give them a payment today by credit card and it was nothing but a hassle, I was threatened with collections before they even received their first payment, and told I would have a due date. Sorry my budget doesn't work like that. Who the heck are they to tell me when during the month I can afford to make a payment on this?
They are getting paid! Also, how can you threaten to send me to collections when I CALLED THEM to make a payment plan and agreed to pay them something every month? Collections is for people who do not pay or try to avoid their bills - which is not me! I just did not expect this bill nor can I pay what they expect each month and get it paid off in 3 months. 6 months maybe, 8-10 would be better. UPDATE: Management reached out to me regarding the bad experience I had with their outsourced billing department.
They listened to the call that was recorded to address how my call was handled. They resolved the matter and set up a plan that works for me. I am now satisfied with the end result and their follow up people could not have been nicer or more understanding. I now upgraded this review as a result of their attention to this matter.

We traveled to NJ from GA for a post-op appointment & were in need of an X-ray. Micheal, in the front part of the office in Lawerenceville, in my opinion, went above and beyond his duty to help us because they had to close the X-ray portion early due to sickness. We are so thankful for his help, the X-ray being done before our apps, and his understanding. We have to return in a year. We will definitely use them again.

My review is for the HORRIBLE HORRIBLE billing department. The bill for my husband's radiology procedure was processed incorrectly and as a result was not paid for by his medicare and insurance. I received 2 bills, on the first I gave them the proper insurance info and sent it back. Apparently they did nothing with that information. The second bill received said it was going to collections.
I called the same day I received it and spent 3 hours trying to rectify the situation. I got nowhere with the two phone calls I made to the most disinterested humans on the planet. The Medicare person was extremely helpful and told me to tell them to give the provider assistance department (with phone number) a call. Was told by RAI - "we don't do that - we only submit once and medicare has to call us" Really- medicare has time to call all the providers that submit bills incorrectly.?
The second person told me he would put my account on hold so "that I could resolve this issue". I was also told that I could pay the bill and that if medicare ever paid them I could get my money back from them.at some point. I reluctantly paid them in January and it took them almost a month to cash the check (just last week), Well they also did me the huge favor of sending this bill that was paid by me already to a collection agency.
So now we have to deal with that. What a terrible way to treat people especially those on a fixed income. Tried writing to them and emailing them.no response. Even though the service from the medical staff at their facilities was mostly ok (radiologist very prompt and efficient - mammogram techs -some are good - one is unfriendly and very rough but luckily most are good) - I will be looking for another place for us to go. I am not willing to deal with their horrendous billing department and horrible customer service.

This place was recommended to me by a trusted professional, and I completely regret going here. It's been a horrible, horrible experience. While reviewing an erroneous out-of-network charge, RAI reassured me on multiple occasions that they would NOT send the bill to a collections agency. Well guess what? They sent it to collections, and told me it will affect my credit - even though I should never have been charged in the first place!
Not to mention the poor bedside manner of the radiologist, who bluntly gave me troubling news in the open dressing room within earshot of other patients. DO NOT GO HERE. I wish I could give less than one star.

Another great experience for me at RAI today January 10th 2022. Their offices are beautiful and very clean. The employees are professional and I was in and out of the office in a timely manner. My primary care physician was given the results of my test within a few hours. I had the results the same day. This is my third or fourth visit to RAI having previously been to the Hamilton office. I wish all medical facilities were run this well, unfortunately they're not.

2nd bad experience with their radiology interpretations being incorrect/incomplete. Most recently my daughter went for a simple X-ray of foot. The radiology report notes "unremarkable exam.no evidence of fracture.". Even as non-expert I clearly saw the fracture on the image and our doctor confirmed the same.

Worst experience ever. A week after my procedure, my dr still didn't have the report. RAI took no responsibility, saying my Dr put the wrong fax number on the prescription. In fact it was RAI's error. They sent my report to a different Dr than the one that prescribed my procedure! I also couldn't get access to my report on their patient portal. RAI told me they couldn't help me and gave me the number for their vendor. Patients and doctors should have timely access to their reports and those reports should not be sent to unauthorized recipients. Zero faith in their quality control.

I used RAI a few years ago & they were ok but a friend recommended another place that I started using instead. But since RAI is so close to my home, I tried them again last week. They were GREAT! The staff was patient, helpful pleasant & efficient, the office was clean & the entire setting was handicap friendly. I plan to go there from now on.

The most subtly racist staff I have ever seen at a doctors office. The front desk person held me up as a walkin appointment because she could not read my name and the nurses in the back seem to do the same. In the 40 plus minutes I waited, I counted at least 3 other walkin go past me (all because their names could be easily read)

Just opened a yelp account just to write my first review for this company. I was so impressed that I had to. I can't say enough good things about this place! I needed a scan and don't really like to take much time off of work. I called and surprisingly enough they scheduled me an appointment for the very same day and at 5:30! Upon arrival the staff was very nice and courteous.
Office was very clean.like a medical place should be. I was in and out in 20 minutes. Sometimes it takes longer than that to get a coffee at Starbucks! I've been here quite a few times and wouldn't go anywhere else for imaging!
