A special needs woman has been there in the ER for over 24 hrs. Doctor said ystrdy that she has pneumonia. No one is tending to her. Your hospital is understaffed and your staff is horrible. Woman RN I suppose comes in to take her vitals she writes them down on a paper towel, same RN shows me how to reset machine that is piercing with beeps Are you kidding me? She should be fired. Not a pillow to be found in the entire Hospital. Tell Sue LPN she needs to pay attention to her patients. I wouldn't bring my cat to this hospital.

I was there visiting a relative, and witnessed a staff member, checking the tray line, throwing up all over the place. On the trays, floor, on herself. NO ONE sent her home. The tray checker claims she didn't eat breakfast. Supervisor still allowed her to stay and work, and not sent home. We had to go outside to a restaurant and order food for my aunt as we weren't going to let her eat her meal after what we saw. Very DISTURBING and DiSGUSTING.

The absolute worst ER.we sat in the hallway for 3 hours, and never saw a doctor. The nurses and aides at the station appeared to be having a great time. We finally walked out.with an IV in arm.not sure if they ever noticed.

The hospital staff are rude and very unprofessional, asking questions about their diagnosis and concerns are a crime. They get defensive and all your trying to do is get educated. That number they give you to call on the reviews is an advocate to protect themselves not to help you, Linda Martin Mills is no different than the staff members working there. No compassion.

My birth experience at this hospital was amazing. ALL of the staff genuinely cared about me, my baby, and even my husband while we were there. My nurse was amazing, she helped me through my delivery so well keeping me calm during such an emotionally vulnerable time. Each doctor that saw us took their time with us and genuinely cared about our well being, definitely not just rushing through their rounds. The lactation consultants were so sweet and helpful as well. Can't say enough about our experience. Great team

I am only giving them on because they don't have zero! Was there two days in a rowFor my son. The first day the nurse practitioner said he was going to have blood testCAT scanAnd then IV antibiotic six minutes later the doctor came in and took the antibiotic he had and threw it in the trash. Gave him aPrescription for a new stronger antibiotic and sent him on his wayNo tests.

His second tripThe next day ERnurses were rude. He sat there for three hours The second day he went they didn't even put him in a room they left him in the hallway! Sent him home And did nothing for him After waiting 3 hoursHe is still suffering today! Nothing better happen to him!

I hate hospitals, but this place is amazing. I've had 2 babies here and unfortunately have also had to visit the ER several times. Each time they've provided excellent care that exceeded my expectations. The entire hospital is so clean and well cared for. The staff is polite and attentive. They are quick and efficient.no 7 hour long waits for blood work results in the ER like at st Mary's or aria Jefferson in langhorne.

I have 3 other hospitals within 10-15 minutes of my house (st Mary's, aria Jefferson bucks, and lower bucks) and I will ALWAYS make the 24 minute drive to capital health for better care. The extra time I spend driving is nothing compared to the extra hours I'd spend in another hospital for sub par care. Also having a baby here is like having your own private 5 star hotel to give birth and recover in. I'll never go anywhere else.

The nurses treat the patients and their families terribly. They are unwilling to help my older family member heal and are rough when they handle them, making their pain worse. The nurses humiliate the patients and are not compliant with what the doctors or professionals say at all. They have blown off every concern my elderly family member has had and this has caused them so much emotional pain in addition to the physical pain.

Please please please if you care about your patients at this hospital, look closely at how the staff treats them. This has been a horrible experience and I pray none of my family ever has to go back to this hospital.

Just recently gave birth a little over a week ago and I love all my midwives everyone is fantastic, but Lynn was the main midwife I saw most of my pregnancy and who also delivered my son. Let me tell you she is phenomenal in office and hospital! She made my birth experience one that I will never forget, due to the issues that happened to me after I gave birth Lynn and the nurse made sure I was okay and both of them acted so quickly.

I can never thank her enough for helping me and being so kind and caregiving. I like to thank the nurses and the other midwives Kitan and Michelle throughout my stay in the hospital. The best and sweetest midwives I've had by far!

The hospital itself is very nice, but the staff is extremely rude especially the labor and emergency room nurses. I had to bring my son to the emergency room cause he had a fever and he was congested and the ER staff just left us waiting in the room for more than a hour did absolutely nothing for him. The nurse was very nasty the Dr never came in to check on my son so I ended up leaving total waste of time. I really think that they to hire people that actually care and want to help cause the staff at Hopewell hospital is awful.
