Horrible customer service. Don't take in consideration if it's your first surgery and ack or information. Management is childish. And lack of i've diversity, and huge language barrier if you don't speak English and expensive.

Went to Dr. Eckhardt for help with glabella lines. He was informative and gave me realistic expectations. I chose botox. Not only has my glabella lines softened already, but so have the lines further up on my forehead. Only 5 days in and haven't reached max benefit yet. I couldn't be more happy with the results and will continue to go. The office staff were great as well. I would definitely recommend.

So far my experience has been great and I am so happy with the staff as they have been so caring. I just had my procedure done and I have nothing but positive thoughts on the initial appearance! I just hope my body heals itself correctly as I follow post op instructions.

Dr. Eckhardt is truly a gifted surgeon who is very knowledgeable, kind and professional. I have been with him for several years. I have had facial lasers and breast augmentation done. I can truly say that I feel more positive about myself because of Dr. Eckhardt. He is a gem. I trust him 100 %, as well as his wonderful staff. Olivia, Joan, Stephanie and Jennifer always have time for me. They make the office like a family. I'll be with Dr. Eckhardt forever!

I have gone to Dr. Eckhardt for many services over the past three years. I have always gotten exceptional care and professional medical attention. He is a very good listener, answers your questions to help you through your concerns and offers suggestions. The office staff are always very helpful and caring. I have never had to wait more than 10 minutes in the office to see the doctor. I would highly recommend Dr. Aric Eckhardt to my fiends.

I have now had 2 surgeries done by Dr. Eckhardt & I couldn't say enough good things about him! He is so thorough and takes the time to make sure everything is perfect. I would and I DO recommend him to anyone looking for someone to handle their plastic surgery needs. Since I have started my journey with Dr. Eckhardt I have never had any major issues and the minor questions I have had dr eckhardt and his staff have answered them immediately.

The start of my journey was in August 2020 & since I have referred 4 people and they have all gotten in for consultations and procedures in such a timely manner! Again I couldn't say enough good things about him!

Dr. Eckhardt is by far the best cosmetic surgeon in the Quad Cities! He listens, he understands the patient(s) frustrations and try's to get you as close to perfect as he can. He can only work with what's in front of him, and he does a really good job with it! Dr Eckhardt is not God, but he is used as an instrument to enhance what we call imperfections.

For those who have any thing bad to say about Dr. Eckhardt and or his beautiful staff (Olivia, Stephanie, Jennifer & Joan) must not be happy with themselves! They are the best crew of professionals I have had the pleasure of getting to know each one personally. If anyone is looking for a surgeon who will shoot it straight Dr. Eckhardt is your guy, he's personable and he knows his stuff! Thanks Dr. Eckhardt for your human approach on us superficial patients!

I would give negative stars if possible. Do not go to this guy. He is a terrible surgeon. Plus after totally butchering my procedure, I went back to him hoping he would make it right. Instead he leaves me waiting in the patient room for an hour and a half hoping I'll walk out. Then finally comes in and doesn't have the decency to admit he screwed up. Tells me to go to another surgeon and that made things worse. Regret ever walking into his office. Plus I agree with the comment from another review. He is a weird creepy guy.

I had a consultation there with him a few yrs ago & even though he couldn't do the surgery because first I needed to get my skin cleared up from the damage of steroids they caused me in the past I understood that & totally got it, but what I couldn't understand was why he charged me for the consultation when all the other plastic surgeons didn't? That's what I didn't get.

The receptionist told me he has to charge for his time. Well the other surgeons took their time for my consultation & told their receptionists not to charge me or they'd tell me to my face that I wouldn't be charged. He's the only one who charged me. Money hungry I guess. Btw, I looked at his before & after pictures of surgeries he did on his patients & I didn't think they were that great.

Some were not that noticeable & others had very noticeable scars on them like the ones who had tummy tucks & liposuctions done. Please check out other plastic surgeons first before you decide to go to him. Unless you want to have noticeable scars on you.

Had a Full Breast Lift with 560 Gummies. Dr Eckhardt was very professional and respectful. He explained everything very well. I'm now 7 months post op and my results are amazing. The scars are hardly visible. The only thing I say is I wish I would have went bigger, but that was my choice. He is an outstanding surgeon. I had another consultation before hand and I didn't like that surgeon. He told me he couldn't make a Chevy look like a BMW, but Dr Eckhardt did!and (that surgeon was about $8000 more). Again, I have amazing results! Very very pleased.

Dr. Eckhardt is a fantastic doctor. He is extremely knowledgeable and careful with his procedures. He makes you feel comfortable and explains everything you need to know very well. I had a breast reduction that went practically flawless and was 100% happy with the results! You are definitely in good hands with this doctor!

Dr. Eckhardt is amazing. He is meticulous and kind and honest. He did an extraordinary job on my first surgery and 10 years later I went back in to get a "new pair", despite me thinking I needed to have it done again, he was truthful and honest about thinking they looked Great. If he was like some of the other surgeons I have been in contact with, all he would care about would be money and not the best outcome for the patient. I have several friends who have gone to him and can't rave enough about him.

Came to Dr. Eckhardt wanting a breast augmentation and he perfected it! My results are everything I had wanted! He is very thorough with explaining everything and answered all my questions. His new office is BEAUTIFUL! Very clean and very professional place for all your cosmetic surgery needs! I highly recommend

Run for your life he has been referred to by others as a "total putz".others tell me.what do you expect.he spells Aric with an "A". he ruined my life.in one fell swoop.all his work had to be redone by Dr. Bayne.whom i believe may have been his former business partner.

I hired aric (with an A) to do a breast augmentation.i almost died, and the surgery had to be completely redone Had I checked on Aric's reputation, I never would have hired this man. He has bad Karma.everything from bad business to bad surgeries. One thing I would warn you of, is that he suggests that the nipple is the best place to insert the implants.this is false.i girl may not be able to nurse a baby later.and. a scar. IS A SCAR.and what if it has to be redone.cut in thru the nipple.again? I think not. i asked him to drop them in thru my armpit.he does not do this type of surgery.but, why?.
