Words do not describe my happiness with Dr Snodgrass and staff at NF Cataract & Surgery Center. With my eye problems I was hesitant to go forward with the mono-focal procedure but they gave me the usual eye test, I answered every letter (20 20 vision)!

This was one of the most important decisions in my life, at 62 I thought I was destined to struggle with glasses for ever. Not only was the surgery and incredible success, the care and treatment by the professional staff and Dr. Snodgrass was amazing. "Life altering" is the only way to explain what this surgery has done for me. I would highly recommend Dr. Snodgrass and his team.

I wish I could zero stars. The lady I dealt with named Kathy was extremely rude. I paid for an eye exam and have ordered multiple pairs of glasses and years worth of contacts from them. My dog chewed my glasses and since my insurance for glasses was already used this year, I needed my pupillary distance in order to buy some cheap replacements elsewhere until I could use my insurance with them again.

She not only would not give me the glasses prescription but tried to give me my contacts prescription without all of the needed info. When I asked for the Bc and diameter for my contacts prescription she gave me more attitude and then went to the back for ten minutes trying to find it when it should have been on the prescription they handed me. What's the point of paying for an eye exam if they won't give it to you? I will never give them my business again and advise others to do the same. They do not care about their patients, only about profits.

I recently completed my final eye exam to remove cataracts and astigmatism. Dr. Snodgrass performed the surgeries as well as the pre- and post-op exams. I am extremely satisfied with the results and now have almost 20/20 vision in both eyes. For the first time in over 55 years I no longer need corrective eyewear. Free at last! I've been with North Florida Vision Care for 8 years.

Their professionalism and quality of care has always impressed me and now I will be a patient for life. The pre-op measurement exams and consultation to pick the right lens replacement solution for my lifestyle was enormously helpful. They provided a comprehensive packet of information for me to review my choices which gave me the confidence to move forward. Yes, I had been postponing this day for over two years. Dr. Snodgrass wryly noted hindsight is 20/20.

I needed eye drops prior to and post surgery and they made getting the prescriptions easy with a preferred pharmacy offering competitive costs and home delivery. The post-op appointments were seamless allowing ample time to discuss my results with Dr. Snodgrass and his staff. North Florida Vision Care is a team effort built on professionalism and attention to detail. I highly recommend them.

My husband and I have been seeing Dr. Snodgrass for our various eye issues for at least 20 years. I would not trust my eyes to anyone else. Yes, I have had to wait awhile several times over the years, but it's a busy practice and I plan for it. The office staff is always professional and kind. I'm not sure I understand the comments about being changed $50 for your Rx if you don't buy your glasses from them.

I only just bought mine from them this year for the first time (because of the great selection), and for years had gotten my lenses/frames elsewhere. Never charged anything. Husband either. Never any hidden fees. Highly recommend, and Dr. S will continue to take care of my cataracts, dry eyes, & other issues. One last thing; if your kids can't keep their hands off of expensive frames, that's on YOU: not the person who works there having to do your job. "They're kids" is no excuse.

Friendly, professional and knowledgeable staff willing to go the extra mile to answer questions and provide information. Dr. Gray is exceptional in his patient communication and technical knowledge. Every interaction with this group was five star plus.

Coming off the heels of the last review, it seems that they are having major issues with scheduling, which looks like has been happening for a while. I made an appointment a month ago, came in, and waited about an half hour. I asked the people at the front desk, who were very nice, when they thought I would be called. They checked and said I would be next.

I sat down, and the people in the back promptly called two other people, so I informed the staff that I could not wait any longer. Most of the patients seemed to be a bit older, so if you are taking a small amount of time off from work to get an eye exam done, this probably isn't the place to go.

Can't wait to leave here! What a factory this place is! I waited for half an hour in a room for the doctor to come in and give me 2 seconds of her time. She could give a flying squirrel about her clients. Her only comment was that I was young looking which of course has nothing to do with my vision. I can't remember her name. Further, the optical dept. is awful!

There is one nice guy but the other woman has barked a my kids TWICE now for touching things. Sorry but they are kids. She has no right to say anything. It's a big factory just pushing people through and both my husband and I will be seeking another eye doctor.

I must start by saying I spent many years in healthcare so I was a little concerned when I needed to have my cataract surgery during the coronavirus pandemic. Being new to the area I was referred to Dr. Gray by family. How lucky I was to have met him and his wonderful staff. I had my surgery on both eyes just after they reopened with the pandemic.

They were very professional and careful to follow all CDC guidance. I always felt well cared for and safe in their hands and I can a bit fussy. The highest praise I can give Dr. Gray and his staff is to recommend him to you and I do so now. My cataract surgeries have been a very good experience.

I am so pleased with North Florida Cataract specialists and vision care. I was taken such good care of when I came to them with a severe eye infection. they have an amazing staff and state of the art equipment to take care of all your eye care needs. Dr Grey and Dr Morris are the two Doctors I see there and they are both so awesome and what they do.

They take their time with the patients and they are so knowlegable in their profession. I was at ease in the office the entire time I was there and felt I was always being taken care of to treat my problem as fast and as efficient as possible. I never had to wait long once I arrived the staff there is very efficient as well. I would reccommend this office to any of my friends family and clients that I care about.

In fact I have moved all of my family over to be seen here from now on for all of our eye care needs. I want to give a special thanks to Dr. Grey for saving my eye sight when I was mis diagnosed at a different office, he got on top of it right away and made sure it started healing as fast as possible before getting any worse and causing permanent damage. Thank you Dr Grey!
