Had booked a home collection for my mother and the person who came did not know how to take samples. He left my mothers hand bruised. Completely unprofessional and inexperienced. Would not recommend

Since this lab is close by & reportedly has its in-house diagnostic facility, we thought of giving it a try, but we found appearance, ambiance & hygiene standards to be far lacking; behind their competition. Their man who drew the blood sample seemed shoddy & like a novice. Despite specifically mentioning at the reception that my wife has sensitive skin n special care & requesting a senior technician, the same young sample & sure enough made a hash of it.

A senior lady technician was then (at my insistence) was called from inside; who took the blood sample properly. BTW Dr Dang & his wife used to personally stand there & draw samples meticulously, at their lab! That is how reputations & customer confidence is built. Unfortunately, ours was not a pleasant maiden visit to Dr Bhasin Pathlab, and I sincerely hope someone will take note of our feedback to improve their standards.

As doctors me & my wife, Dr Stuti Singh, can confidently share that we have been extremely impressed by the excellent services of Dr Bhasin Path labs. Highly recommended for state of art diagnostic services.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They deliberately do not file with your insurance company in the hopes that you will pay since they get more money from you this way. When you call to address each bill and the facts that it isn't filed with your insurance, they are rude and unprofessional. This is an incompetent and unethical company! So not worth using. Put them out of business!
