Doctors and Staff are nice. Surgery went well. but the consistent 2 hour wait times are enough to make you want to send them a bill for your time :-

Dr Field explained everything in detail and answered all of my questions I have been very pleased with his service. The only drawback is the wait time to see him for appointment in the Fortification Street office!

Well, I like the doctors and staff I have personally interacted with and I have had 3 successful surgeries. However, the wait time is often long. For my recent last two surgery follow up appointments my doctor had an emergency so I didn't get to see him. This was disheartening because I had some questions regarding a successful recovery because I was experiencing some unexpected setbacks.

Though those I saw were helpful and knowledgeable, I wanted to see, speak to and be examined by the one who preformed the surgery. OH WELL! Overall, satisfied. ~Vivian M. Brown

Dr. Johnson is very nice and will even show one's x-ray and explain what's going on. Good listener and will take time to answer what ever question one may have. He is caring to his patients.

I wasn't very pleased with the bedside manor of my pre-op nurse. She was unable to start my I.V. and would not take my suggestions as she knew what she was doing. The 2nd nurse that tried asked me straight off where do I usually get my I.V. placed. Being a cancer patient with frequent chemo treatments my veins are in rough shape. The surgery went well and everything else went fine. I would use them again if needed

Even before I saw the Dr. everyone was very friendly. I met him in the hallway and he smiled and spoke. All the ladies that helped we're very friendly. After he came in he sit and talked to us and answered our questions very promptly. He explained the way he was going to do the procedure. I would highly recommend Dr. Smitherman and his staff.

Dr. Craft & his staff has been completely Amazing! I Re tore my ACL in Dec of 2021, they have been so helpful in so many ways & instead of just rushing into something took the time to make a plan that was best for me and my situation, also they have explained everything to make sure that Ive fully understand at each Apt as we have prepared for my 1st of 2 surgeries and are aware of each step of the process that I will be going through and that they will be doing to get me to full recovery! They all have made me feel super comfortable & have provided the assurance I needed without even asking. I would give them definitely a 5.
