The service is horrible and the doctors are very unprofessional. The nurses and clerks never answer the phone. I have been trying to reach a nurse for two weeks and still no response. I dont recommend for anyone to visit this branch. Horrible customer service.

It's a large building with many people that occupy it. Very clean and well kept. Seems like it's cleaned very regularly. Should have a front desk to help navigate you around because it's a very large building. Has restroom available.

With $80 million in assets, the community should expect a lot more from this Foundation. It earns more than $12 million in rental income alone. but it's impossible to get a grant from these stingy b.

The employees here at the vaccine clinic are the kindest & most respectful employees I've definitely ever encountered at a clinic. My visits here were smooth and easy & I can't recommend them enough!

I received excellent care before, during, and after the procedure. Everyone was courteous and professional. I would definitely recommend this facility.

I just saw where someone said that the Dr's listen a lie they are mean and will snap you up unprofessional you can hear rhem talk about the patients ghetto fabulous that's jackson hinds now the other clinic where Dr janice gunn works.this lady is very rude. Lady I pray that you get the same treatment when you get sick that you gave me. Hell

My Doctor is Doctor Flora Green, and she is fantastic. She ran tests on me that no other dr would do, that's how i found out I'm a diabetic. Everyone is so nice and helpful. I highly recommend this place.

It was my very first time coming to the medical mall and I felt absolutely awful. The ladies who helped me sign in were very nice. However, I was surprised at the treatment I got from the doctor! Her name was Flora Green. She was so rude to me and she made me felt like my sickness did not matter. I usually don't write reviews but this one is necessary.

She doesn't need to be working at the medical mall if she's going to treat her patients like they don't matter. She made me felt uncomfortable and not worthy of her time. She was an awful doctor with a very snobbish attitude. Ms. Flora Green barely gave me eye contact and she didn't even want to touch me. The public needs to stay away from this horrible doctor. Thanks for making me feel even worse than I already did Ms. Greene. I hope in the near future she will learn how to give her patients more respect because she gave me none.

I found everyone there to be the BEST! I got the treatment I needed an the best care I have ever had. Thanks to these wonderful people for caring an helping me when no one else would. You all are # 1!

The majority of the people that work here have the most nastiest attutude! It's pathetic how they treat and talk to you here! I went to the registration about my medical records. and I spoke to the lady she didn't even speak back I didn't know to just stand there or walk away! She's the black lady with natural hair short Afro with glasses looks to be about in her mid fourties! I've came here twice and she had the same attitude
