I have had a couple good visits but one that I'll never forget and the one that caused me to never ever go back again still causes me to feel uncomfortable when I think of it. I typically don't like things really close to my eyes. Dr. Williams did not warn me that he was putting drops in my eyes and forcefully opened my eyes to put drops in. He asked me to stop tensing up but I could not resist because he was causing me to tense up.

He caused me to spend too much money on drops that never fixed my eyes. When you call no one answers the phone. Unfortunately they only answer the phone and do call backs on certain days of the week. It took 3 weeks for my contacts to come In and cost me almost $115 a month. He never apologized for making me feel uncomfortable after I told him he did.

That to me is terrible service and I will never go back there again and caution anyone that does. He does not allow you to talk to him and he treats his appointments as if he is always in a hurry.
