Your ear is a complex organ that enables you to connect with your surroundings. If a problem arises with any part of the ear, you may become disconnected. Fortunately, our staff is experienced at treating any disorder or condition that walks in the door. The nose is one of our body's most important organs, responsible for a variety of functions that include smell, taste, and filtration of inhaled air.
Cholesteatoma is an abnormal skin growth in the middle ear behind the eardrum that may also affect the mastoid (skull bone). It begins as a cyst that gradually increases in size, destroying the bones of the middle ear and causing hearing loss. What Causes Cholesteatoma? Rose to check on other causes.
Ear infections can occur in the outer or middle ear. An ear infection occurs in the middle ear when fluid becomes trapped following a viral or bacterial infection. This painful affliction is most common in children, but can affect people of all ages. Infections can also occur in the outer ear. They are most common when the skin in the outer ear is dry and cracked.
If you're a parent, it probably comes as no surprise that middle ear infections are common in children, particularly those between the ages of six months and two years. Known as otitis media, these are caused by a number of factors, both physical and environmental. Most ear infections clear up on their own, or are treated with antibiotics.

I've been a patient of Dr. Massoth -- if I could give more than 5 stars, I would! Dr. Massoth has been the best doctor I've ever seen. I initially went to Eastern OK ENT for some persistent nasal drip/sneezing. From the very start, Dr. Massoth took his time to ask me several questions and learn more about my "issue." I could tell that he truly wanted to take care of me.
He sent me to get a CT scan and discovered the root cause of my sinus issues. From here, he was able to recommend all of the right medications/surgery to fix it. In late March 2022, he performed the sinus surgery & septoplasty. My recovery was SUPER fast and almost painless. He did an amazing job! From start to finish - each appointment, surgery, follow up, etc. - he has taken great care of me!
One thing I really appreciate about him is he made sure that I understood everything. He explained things step-by-step & made sure to address any questions I had. I can't thank Dr. Massoth enough for truly changing my life! For the first time in my life, I am able to breathe "normally". I highly recommend him!

The doctors are great but the front desk receptionists are extremely unprofessional. I called to tell them I would be late because I had to work later than usual, I asked if maybe I could reschedule. She said "well that might be hard to do he's really busy then laughed" I'm switching facilities just because of the unprofessionalism I don't have time or patience for that.

Dr. Moore is absolutely fantastic from start to finish every single time I see him (which is multiples times at this point plus a surgery); I cannot speak highly enough of him. If he performs your surgery, you will know exactly what you're getting into, and it will be as pleasant as it can possibly be. He's extremely receptive to your thoughts/opinions/concerns, and he seems to be on top of things in regards to new treatments. Again, A+ on him. 4 stars though because the office staff is a bit underwhelming in comparison.
First off, know that if you call to speak to a nurse/doctor, you must leave a voicemail for them to call you back. That, in itself, is fine by me. However, nearly every single time I do this, they do not call back. I have to leave 2 voicemails over a couple days period to receive a call back. Additionally, making a payment for something is very convoluted. Again, leave a voicemail and hope they call you back. So overall, highly recommend Dr. Moore, but the office staff could be a bit more productive on administrative tasks/phonecalls.

I got a septoplasty and turbinate reduction in order to better breathe through my nose. Dr. Moore was my doctor/surgeon, and he was very nice and made sure I knew what I was getting into. He also made sure it was a last resort and I was given all the details I needed to be properly informed. The recovery was exactly as expected, and the post op went smoothly, although a little more painful than expected.
The only reason I've put 4 stars instead of 5 is because they seem to charge you $10 just to walk in the building to ask a question (in my situation, asking if they had faxed my medical leave papers, which they had already charged $10 for to fax them originally). This wouldn't be as much of a problem if it weren't for the fact that their phone system is "leave a voicemail, and we *might* call you back".
Don't even think about missing their call! Everything above is the same review I posted for their other location, as I went to both. By the way, this building is a little hard to find!

My son got tubes in his ears and they all were super sweet, very informative and made my anxiety go down a lot! Edit: Everyone is there is great except Mary Allen, she was very forceful putting the things in my son's ears for a hearing test. Two different times she did this. Had my son so upset he was shaking. When she came in the room he would lose it. However when seeing Sarah she was so gentle and sweet he laid his head down for her to check his ears due to having tubes.
