According to The Association of Chiropractic Colleges, "chiropractic is a health care discipline which emphasizes the inherent recuperative power of the body to heal itself without the use of drugs or surgery." Multicare's Physical Therapy department complements the healing effects that Chiropractic manipulation can offer, as well as can complete your outside PT orders post-surgery, pre-surgery, or even doctor-recommended orders.
Our medical department is dedicated to the examination, treatment and referral, if necessary, of pain or other complaints related to an accident, injury, and repetitive or unknown trauma.

A Siouxland native, Dr. Sneller has been in practice locally for over twenty years now. Before that, Palmer College of Chiropractic had honored him as the Most Outstanding Graduate of his Doctorate of Chiropractic program in Davenport, Iowa. Celebrating 10 years with MultiCare, Dr. Joel Pistello, DC, graduated from Graceland University for undergrad in 2008, and from Cleveland Chiropractic College in 2011.
If you have been in any type of car crash in Sioux City, it is pertinent to seek the advice of a chiropractic professional as soon as possible. The stress and immediate release of endorphins after a car accident often mask any immediate signs of injuries. It can actually take several days or weeks for pain and symptoms from a car crash to surface.
Routine care from a chiro in Sioux City is one of the most natural ways to maintain overall health and ease numerous forms of discomfort in the body. At Multicare Health Clinic, our chiropractors utilize several methods to uncover the source of any pain or issues you're experiencing, as it may not be near the site of discomfort at all.
Our medical department is dedicated to the examination, treatment and referral if necessary of pain or other complaints related to an accident, injury, and repetitive or unknown trauma. Multicare's intent as a physical medicine clinic is to have resolution of conditions by as conservative of means possible.

I've been here a couple times before so I called to make an appointment the woman who answered the phone was very rude! On top of that this is the third time they tried to charge me when my insurance covers 100% I told her that and the issues I had before she didn't care to listen she basically told me to go somewhere else so that's what I will be doing!

Absolutely adore the staff here. Very skilled and knowledgeable at their practice. Dr. Pistello and Dr. Sneller are both amazing and get your body moving and comfortable again very well. I love that I am treated as a friend rather than a full on patient. Super flexible with appointments. I'm usually fixed back up within one to two sessions. God Bless Multicare.

First of all, I love Multicare! I have been a patient for three or four years now. I normally see Dr. Pistello, who is the bees knees! I have received an adjustment with Dr. Sneller as well, and know others who rave about him. They are both very personable, knowledgeable, and really take the time to make sure patients leave there feeling their best.
They have had some recent change in desk staff, but for the most part, they are friendly and welcoming also. There's always one in the bunch that would be last on your list to speak to, if you know what I mean. They offer a variety of services, from physical therapy to the a-m-a-z-i-n-g traction tables. The one downside of service is that they do not have an in-house masseuse.
I know they have (or at least they were prior to Covid) been looking to re-fill that opening, and have not had any luck. Personally, this is the only thing for me that would make me love Multicare more. Another thing I love about their office, is that they have convenient hours. Monday through Thursday, they are open until 6 pm. If you're a working person, you know how nice it is to be able to schedule an appointment after 5 pm.
There is also NEVER a long wait to be seen. I can call in the morning and often get in the same day, or the next at the latest, which is also a huge plus for those with a chaotic schedule.

I can't say enough good things about this clinic. They explained everything in great detail, gave me a cell number I can text or call with questions and problems after hours. Their commitment to keeping everything sterile is as good as any I've seen elsewhere, possibly even better. The staff is so friendly that you feel like friends after your second visit. They have cutting edge treatments but are very honest with you in telling you if you are a good candidate for the treatment. Their goal is to get you pain free and healthy.
