I have been going here for over 25 years. Kirk Wanderscheid is the best. Always listens, is caring & resolves issues. Prescriptions are always filled quickly. The ladies out front have always been courteous to me & so have all the nurses & phone nurses. I recommend this clinic.

Dr. Bechtold is fantastic. Unfortunately I have had the misfortune of having to deal with "Dr. Jennings nurse". Not only did she imply that I was drug seeking she also refused to listen to me when explaining my medication allergy and then told me that I didn't need to be rude her. Truly disheartening and disappointing to see this sort of behavior from a fellow nurse. Do better!

Yeah make sure to read the reviews before you go places ig. Didn't expect a doctor's office to be capable of such disappointing service. I'm not one to be a Karen but couldn't give us results of covid test when they were in, and was snarky and rude the whole time. I'm sorry but it's not hard to be even a little nice and respectful.

Dr. Bechtold and the nurses are great. The front desk is assembled of some of the rudest people to ever walk the face of the earth and the urgent care is a joke. Never had an issue with the actual medical care but the front desk is always rude. It's a joke.

Had another good experience at the Dakota Dunes location I look forward to my appointments now. Jill takes good care of me and she give me a covid shot and I didn't even feel it. The staff is wonderful and very accommodating during my visits wouldn't go anywhere else and glad to have Lyndsey easy to talk to! 7-8-2021 @ 9A.M. I was there, Steve Dickey

The staff is nice and courteous and the doctors are professional. The place is realatively clean but exam rooms are quite small. I had a bad experience here where I came in inquiring about the worst headache I had ever experienced. They chalked it up to me slouching. A couple months later I was in the ER being diagnosed with hydrocephalus. They need to take patient concerns more seriously. Sometimes patient lives depend on it.

My doctor's appointment was at 9 am March 9 2021. I went to the Dakota Dunes location and had superb treatment the whole time of my visit. I gave my care takers a hard time that day and they treated me very well it's exactly the health care that I have been looking for in my senior years!

Edit- amusing that once I adjust my rating to 1 star, that Family Healthcare would respond acting as if 1 star is a good thing. Yes, Dr. Jennings is a phenomenal, one of the best I have ever had. But your office manager (Barb), is one of the worst you have ever had. She has caused us to leave your organization permanently. Never have a billing dispute with these people- even if they are wrong, they will stick to their guns. Dr. Jennings himself referred me to Barb, saying it was only a $25 charge, and that she would take care of it.

Not only did she not, she became aggressive, rude, and put down this statement (which fortunately I recorded the call, otherwise I wouldn't have believed it myself.) In her words- "I run the show here. I am Dr. Jennings boss- he doesn't tell me what to do, I tell him what to do. I don't care what he said, or what happened, you owe us $25." This all stems around a $25 charge I incurred when getting my annual physical at the beginning of the year. Normally, annual physicals are covered in full by my insurance plan. However, Dr. Jennings ordered a test outside of the scope of my visit, that is not normally included in an annual physical.

I was not informed of this test by the doctor prior to it being completed. I had not asked for this test at the physical. I strictly was there for the purpose of my annual physical, which is required by my health plan to keep a lower rate on my insurance plan. On any other visit, if this test is done, the office gives me a form to sign informing me that it is not normally covered and that I may be required to pay for the test if the insurance company declines it.

I get this form at every visit that this test is performed by this office. (This was for a Vitamin D deficiency test). However, I did NOT get this form at this physical, nor was I informed that this test was being done. This would be the equivalent of taking your vehicle in for an oil change, and then the facility shampooing your rear seat because it looked a bit dirty, all without your knowledge or consent. Then, when you get the bill and see the shampooing charge, you question it, and they refuse to adjust it even though you never requested the service. Anyways, to continue on, my wife was in the emergency room after this billing dispute started.

Upon leaving the emergency room, she was sent to get further surgery / testing done in the Dunes due to the emergency room visit. The results were sent to Family Health Care with additional follow up tests being required, however, Family Health Care decided to discontinue our entire family, knowing it could take weeks to get another doctor. They refused to refill any prescriptions (some I take for cancer related items), and are standing firm behind Barb the office manager and her lack of customer service.

So I pray that anyone that visits this facility does not have any billing issues. I pray that they do not do any tests without informing the patient. Because if they do, they will treat you horribly. They will throw you under the bus. They will be the worst medical facility in the area. I feel bad, because there are so many great people at this office, and because of one bad apple (Barb), the whole office gets a bad name.

Horrible staff and horrible doctors! The absolute worst I have come in contact with my entire life. Refills are not called in on time. The doctors need to go back to school and attend a class in "paying attention" and proper care. The staff would also benefit from an attitude adjust. It's all about the co-payments. Don't go there. You would be better off going to a car mechanic!
