Went in to see Doctor Sorensen, the first time was great. The second time I was in so much pain I couldn't sit. After waiting for a week to get in the head nurse claimed they had trouble with my insurance and said I'd have to wait another week to get treated and that the doctor already left. I grabbed my insurance card and called them. There was no inquiry on their end so I handed my phone over to the nurse who was trying to send me away for another week.

I over heard her saying they were real busy and didn't have time to do a back up call over the phone (mind you I'm still standing there in pain and began to cry) Amy M had no sympathy! My husband came in and saw me crying and became angry. Dr Lukken came out of the office and saw my dilemma and agreed to treat me. It was fast and so painful I screamed and I swear I heard the two nurses that was helping him giggle. It was a humiliating experience! My pain has subsided but don't know if it was worth the humiliation. I know their job is stressful, but that was totally uncalled for.

Urgent care was so fast, and good about helping my daughter today. I wanna thank Trae Bergh, PA for fixing my daughters arm, and being so nice to us. Thank you CNOS.

There's not much more that I can say than Dr. Samuelson is awesome! Understanding, listens and I can tell he actually cares about his patients!

I would give an 11 if I could. You guys are the best care I have ever received. My ankle feels practically brand new. Mayo said amputation and your team of nurses, surgical staff, Dr. Phisitkul, and the schedulers all got me in and fixed. I have feeling in my foot again. I have feeling in parts of my foot I never thought I'd ever feel again. Most importantly I still have my foot which before finding doctor phisitkul seemed impossible.

My foot has never felt better. In fact the last time I remember not feeling pain before doctor p fixed it was 4 years ago. After 4 different surgeries I got referred to the doctor who made the pain go away. I'm forever grateful.

Upon arrival the receptionist who checked me in was very kind and courteous I liked her very much the physical therapist they had me see was very informative and very kind and courteous I liked her very much upon checkout the receptionist that I spoke to was supposed to get a hold of me with a new appointment because it's too difficult for me to make it out to Dakota dunes so she said that I can go to the clinic on the north side she would get in touch with me with a new appointment that I was not supposed to go to the follow-up appointment that she would call me with a new appointment for the north side never heard anything back never got a call but as I was speaking to her the young girl sitting next to her who had nothing to do with our conversation kept shooting me dirty looks which I thought had to be some of the most disrespectful things that I dealt with at a doctor's office I just don't think that was very appropriate for somebody who's supposed to be a professional but besides that it was a great visit other than the girl with her dirty looks and did not being contacted for my new appointment I need the physical therapy because my finger hey it's not working correctly clearly and me not being able to get the physical therapy it's going to really stunt my finger and I need my finger for work this is being paid for with workman's cop so I don't understand why I was being treated the way I was but I guess I'll have to figure it out on my own

I had a very informative appointment. Dr Ray Kuwahara and his nurse were so kind and caring with my comfort. Also took the time to guarantee I understand everything to do with my treatment and possible future needs. I will definitely recommend this office. Thank you for all of your kindness from the front office to the back.

Dr. Samuelson, you really surprised me as a physician. When you no longer wanted to see me, could you not call me. Yes, I went into your office with a problem, had test you ordered which were not comfortable. If you thought the tests really didn't show anything, why didn't you speak up. Yes I still have the same pains as before, being Catholic, I will offer the pain for the poor souls in purgatory. Oh, the pain is real and not something I made up. Well Dr. Samuelson, I hope the Good Lord looks after your practice and the patients you care for. God Bless.

Have had 2 of my children seen by Dr Meyers and Dr Bissell. Both did amazing for them. Unfortunately on our most recent visit we cannot get nurses to return phone calls on days dr was in building and when Dr is not they get attitude. Was very appreciative of the numerology side getting our child in when they are very booked but was told results were a will call and never heard from them.

Wait 3 days to call in and was told everything came back normal and will talk to Dr about releasing patient only to never get a call back. Very frustrating when dealing with young athletes to be told everything looks fine but cannot get info needed to return them to a sport they love

I had Dr. Steven Meyer as my doctor he has done both my knee replacements. And I can now walk without pain in my knees. Dr. Meyer is the best in my opinion. I believe in him wholeheartedly. He has the best bedside manner of any surgeon I have had in Sioux City. I want to thank him for everything he's done for me. Dr. Meyer, you have done more for me than you know. I went to an appointment with my mother. She is always on the go with appointments. Our experience was horrible. My mom has been through a lot and to DISRESPECT a veteran and treat a person like her mental health doesn't matter is sad. A doctor shouldn't make it seem like my mother is lying about her pain when he doesn't know what happened and what her pain feels like. Dr. Grudem is rude and selfish. If I could give him a zero I would. Need better doctors that cares for their patients! Not acceptable! Shame on you!

Dr. Carrow is an awesome surgeon. He listens to his patients and was very knowledgeable about my concerns for which he made sure to address at my visit. Scheduling my procedure was fast, easy and his staff was timely in getting me in/out for all of my appointments. My recovery time was short and I was back to work quickly. A lot of that was due to my physical condition and living a healthy lifestyle (thanks coach Paxton). However, the skill of the physician truly shines through as well and I could not be more pleased! Thanks to all the staff here and especially the Dr. And Paxton in the prehab/rehab department. "5 stars"

By reading the last review, I believe they DO INDEED DISCRIMINATE AGAINST PEOPLE ON MEDICAID! My Doctor, however, was Dr. He. *this review is my review copied and pasted from google* Dr. He is rude, impatient and doesn't listen to your concerns! What a waste of time and money! She acted like I was wasting HER time! She literally did NO testing.

She didn't even examine me! I *TRIED* to tell her all the symptoms I have been having for months and she wasn't the least bit concerned. It's like she didn't even want to hear me. I didn't even get to tell her what has been going on with me! The only thing I could get out was "heart palpitations" I waited 4 months to see a neurologist, just to be "referred" to a cardiologist!

I ALREADY SEE A CARDIOLOGIST! I am BEYOND upset, I literally walked out crying. I am not happy! I found other reviews on other websites that I am not the only one she has done this to! 4 months, 4 MONTHS OF WAITING IN AGONY OVER MY SYMPTOMS HOPING TO GET CLOSER TO ANSWER JUST TO LEAVE IN TEARS. Stay away from Dr. He. SHE WILL NOT HELP YOU. Since reading the last review, I believe they just don't want to deal with people on Medicaid.

They just shove you to the side like garbage. They just don't want to deal with "poor" folk. Which is stupid because, insurance is insurance and they get paid EITHER WAY! I am calling tomorrow to make sure they don't bill my "poor people" insurance for that poor excuse of visit with Dr. He. I am beyond furious with how my visit went.
