Dr. Brian L. Hawkins at Community ENT is an extraordinary doctor, he doesn't dally with your time or his, he's thoroughly invasive in getting to the niche of what's ailing you, he's methodically astute and very accurate in each diagnosis, he's brilliant, to put it mildly, and I recommend Dr. Brian L. Hawkins to any sufferer. He's the greatest-nonpareil! Addendum: His staff treats you like family too.

I'm done with this Doctor's office. My wife is(WAS) a patient of Dr. Creely. She throat surgery done months ago and was supposed to be going in today 04/08/2019) for a follow up scope. The entire time she has been seeing the doctor, through the various appointments the 20 something receptionist has been a nightmare. Today she tried to tell me that we had to pay ALL of the medical expenses up front to be seen and that I have an outstanding bill.
I told her that had to be an error and she insisted that I reschedule until after I pay this imaginary bill. FIRST OFF, I know damn well we have no outstanding bills because I've worked for NAS for 5 years and we have excellent insurance. I pay my co-pay and that's it. SECONDLY, that toxic, self absorbed, immature and idiotic receptionist is the main reason for switching Doctors.
She has been a problem at EVERY SINGLE VISIT. She asks for private information out loud, she is rude and uncouth, and she acts like nobody has ever had an education but her. I have seen my wife(and Nurse of 25 Years) treated better by combative dementia patients than that woman and we REFUSE to suffer the indignity any longer. So now she has to go find another ENT and hope that her throat doesn't develop cancer while we wait for an appointment from a doctor that knows nothing about her situation firsthand like Dr. Creely. THAT is the impact that your beyond rude receptionist has made.

The staff is amazingly helpful, knowledgeable, and accommodating. I have been seeing Jocelyn Eve PA-C for my Botox/Dysport injections for well over a year now. My results are always perfect, and my skin looks better than ever. She is extremely thorough and the procedure is painless! I highly recommend her if you are looking for someone to trust who is a perfectionist in the best way possible!

I came in because I was getting horrible acid reflux, the doctors and PA were more than accommodating, the PA suggested a medication, gave me a few samples and it has changed my life. I also asked the PA if she knew anyone who did Botox/Dysport, she said she did! And she injected my forehead and lines around my eyes! So needless to say I look and feel great! I will absolutely be going back.

We had a decent experience and Dr. Hawkins addressed my daughter's hearing/infection issues. However, with each increasing appointment we found him to be dismissive. Our last appointment my daughter's ears were extra sensitive on top of her anxiety disorder. It was a fire storm with lack of compassion. The nurse told my daughter she needed it done so my daughter wouldn't "have to wear hearing aids and people look at her funny." As a mom and former special ed teacher (specifically with hard of hearing) I was out raged. My daughters next appointment will be somewhere else.

I was clearing my throat for years and never knew why until I went to see Dr. Hawkins and Jocelyn at Community ENT. They diagnosed me with silent acid reflux, got me on the right medication and finally I am not clearing my throat anymore! I would highly recommend this team of smart professionals to family and friends
