The Pain Management Group is a multi-disciplinary team of providers dedicated to the treatment of acute and chronic pain in Middle Tennessee. Since our founding in 1996, we have dedicated ourselves to treating all patients with dignity and respect, making us the state's most established pain management practice. Our team includes board-certified physicians, advanced practitioners and skilled professional staff. Pain hurts in more ways than one. The physical sensation of pain is hard enough to deal with, but persistent pain can hurt in other ways.
Services
Appointments are scheduled Monday through Friday from 7:30a to 4p To make an appointment, please call (615) 941-8501. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible, so we can open your appointment time to others. On your first visit, we ask that you bring any pertinent medical record information, such as recent xrays, MRI's other imaging studies or reports, and a list of your current medications. A referral may be required, depending on the type of insurance you have.
As part of our continuing patient education, click or download any of our pain relief procedure brochures including ESI (Epidural Steroid Injection), Facet Injection, Genicular Nerve Block, Kyphoplasty, Medial Branch Block, RFA (Radiofrequency Ablation), and Sacroiliac Joint Injection. Ask your provider if you are a candidate for any of these procedures.
We now live in a computer-oriented world, and the healthcare area is no different. Long gone are the days when your doctor writes down a few notes on a piece of paper in a manila folder, then scribbles out a prescription. When you arrive at The Pain Management Group you will notice from the time you walk into our treatment area that you will be greeted by a Medical Assistant who carries a tablet style computer and enters your current problems, medical history, vital signs, medications and other pertinent information.
The Pain Management Group is a multi-disciplinary team dedicated to holistic, personalized care. Founded in 1996, we are the state's most established pain management group and treat a range of conditions and pain symptoms. Our board-certified, fellowship-trained pain specialists have expertise in diagnostic and therapeutic treatments and procedures.

More hell bent on there own feelings than helping people. I went for 3 months and had no change in my pain what so ever. The meds they prescribed me did absolutely nothing for my pain. They refused to change it. I am now months later still in horrific pain but discouraged from going anywhere else in fear of the same result. Time is precious and it cost money to go. Why pay good money to still be in pain. I can stay home and be in pain for free.

It's hard reading all these reviews that talk Dr. Reddi wasn't compassionate or the front staff was awful and no one could get through on the phone. That hasn't been my experience at all. I've been able to reach someone on the phone each time I've called. When I came back to see Dr. Reddi after a 2 year break because my chronic pain became unbearable again, he remembered exactly who I was and what I was suffering from.
He's always taken the time to listen to me and I felt very validated and heard when I left his office. If you are suffering, please give them a chance because they are a great group of people.

The Indian man was so rude I have complicated ovarian cysts on my ovaries. They are not supposed to be there i constantly feel like I'm being stabbed in my stomach. This man automatically assumes im there to take advantage of him. I told him what I take he tells me he would put me in less then that for WHATS wrong with me not even wanting to listen to me or anything. It was awful! Don't go here!

Dr. Reddy is probably one of the nicest doctors I've ever seen. And so very smart. He sit and talked to me like a friend and explained exactly what was going on. His entire staff was sweet and very PROFESSIONAL. I really dont understand all the negative reviews. I was so scared because of them. Thank God I went anyways.

Not happy with the level of care, or how the system is set up. not being able to dial up a particular office or even reach the last person you spoke with is maddening! The support staff is severely lacking manners, office etiquette, as well as a sense of urgency when the waiting room queue is steadily backing up. The Doctors these folks are representing would be well advised to clean house and try again! Some of the PA's could seriously use some work on listening, empathy for your fellow man, and bedside manners as well! Believe the reviews, keep shopping!

I started the Gallatin clinic when I had a number of back issues and pain now I'm 64 and in intense pain I can hardly walk, needing hip surgery, oral surgery, a recent broken knee, osteoarthritis and have liver disease that's not including other serious health issues and all I've gotten was cut back on my medicine with no concern or compassion. I was told the 1st time I met Dr. Reddy that he was the new owner and if I didn't like His rules I could leave yet they've never contacted my orthopedist that treated me, my dentist nor do they believe me when I try to explain.
They've been nice to my face then stabbed me in my back. There's others that go in there with arthritis that have gotten more help. I've never been short on my meds and have passed my tests and I don't take other drugs, drink alcohol nor even smoke but treated like I did. I totally feel like my life is nothing to them. The 2 best Drs there left. I think the nurse practitioners there are afraid if they use their compassion they'll loose their job. They claim to be pain management But they don't manage mine whatsoever

Watch out for this clinic. Dr. York will come and talk with you once a year and doesn't put notes of care changes in files, so the practioners, just keep you on same meds ssying nothing in notes of change. All Jamie Boggs is, a pill counter and writes prescriptions as a legal drug dealer. When they can't do anything more for you, they don't wean you off narcotics they hooked you on, they tell you to go to er or a new clinic. Jamie Boggs you ought to be a shame of yourself!

They've done an excellent job of reducing arthritis pain in my lower back. They've done a couple of procedures, cans I was quite satisfied with the experience. They sedate you, and work with individual idiosyncrasies. If you're looking for someone who will throw painkillers at you, you need to keep looking. They use painkillers, but they keep close tabs on you, including testing and pill counts. The office staff is a bit hit and miss. Some staff are more charming than others.

I can see why the rating is so low at this place. My dad is a senior citizen, has been doing everything he can to get to a better lifestyle for chronic pain relief. He was in the hospital for 7 weeks, and was actively taking the injection therapy for relief. The front office is slow, rude, unhelpful. Supposed to see the main' Dr, only saw the PA Jamie Boggs and her bedside manor and inefficiency treating a patient is poor at best. Stay away from this place there are much higher rated offices near by. DO YOUR RESEARCH.

This place is one of the worst doctor's offices I have ever been to. My husband comes here and when we walk in to be checked in, the girl behind the desk is on her cell phone. My husband walks up and she is just glaring at him like she doesn't want to help him. So he says, I have an appointment at 1:30. She cuts him off and says when the other girl gets here she will check you in. Been here for 20 minutes and he still hasn't been checked in. Y'all need to hire some people that have good customer service and a better attitude! So freaking rude!
