I used to go to this location years ago when it was in a Wheat Ridge. I recently had an annual wellness exam at this location and was not sent any of the sign-up information via email prior to my appointment. When I arrive for my 7 AM appointment, I was told I had to complete all kinds of paperwork which I did not appreciate did not get to read over very well and then was taken to the exam room.

As I was checking out I was told that I had to provide a debit card or credit card on file. To my surprise when I recently got the bill that did not itemize every item of what they were charging the insurance company, the email stated that my card would be charged five days thereafter. If I'm not mistaken I don't believe they're allowed to do that because you normally have 30 days to pay a bill no matter what company it is.

Therefore I would recommend that you not use this business if you don't want your credit card or debit card with someone on file that they can charge at any time five days after your bill which is not reflecting everything you need to see.

I was a patient here a few years ago (under my maiden name, Laurissa Marcotte). For the last several weeks I have been trying to access records for some blood tests I took to be diagnosed with PCOS. None of my calls to the records office were answered, and none of the messages I left have been returned. I have no faith at all that they are going to get back to me. This is information that would be very helpful for my current doctor in treating my PCOS, but it looks like we'll just have to go without it.

I love this clinic so so much! I had a miscarriage last summer and it was really hard time, but they sent me a hand writing message card and it warmed my heart. I am always treated well, love all the nurses and doctors there, had never had any complain at all.

Reading these reviews and wow! It's crazy the different experiences people get. I have never had the front desk be rude to me and I've never had an issue getting through to schedule appointments. I've been going here for almost 2 years. Dr Eun is amazing. They took very good care of me and my pregnancy. I hate getting blood work done but they always make it so fast and easy.

The doctor that delivered my son was also amazing ( I don't remember which doctor it was unfortunately) I work in healthcare myself so I won't lie that I'm very judge mental to other offices when I walk in and see how they do things, but like I mentioned they've always been great.

Very good Doctors and staff is friendly. My doc treats me like a real person, not just another insurance billing and she answers any question I may have. Best OBGYN I have had in CO in years. I've shared this office with all my friends.

A few years ago, I saw Beth (unsure if she still works there or not) for a yearly checkup and to get my birth control prescription renewed, and when I declined the HPV shot that was offered (I hadn't gotten any of them and it was recommended but not required), she told me that she wouldn't give me a refill on my birth control unless I got the shot. Um.

Pretty sure you can't do that? Recommended or not, it's my body, and you can't withhold a prescription from someone because of that. I was only 20 and new to the world of gynecology, and the experience left a bad taste in my mouth and made me terrified of every yearly exam I had after that because I thought I was going to be bullied into doing something I didn't want to do.

My advice? Go to any Planned Parenthood instead of this place. They are so kind and attentive and nothing like the judgmental private practice OBGYNs. I've been going to PP for two years now and I've never been more comfortable with a doctor before!

My one star is not for the medical staff by no means. If I could rate the medical staff and doctors separately from their poor front desk I certainly would. The doctors and medical staff are great and I always get great service from the back office when I am here. However. their front desk receptionist is rude and not welcoming at all. I have tried to brush it off but every time I am here my first impression with her is just terrible.

Don't even begin with the fact that she has no regard for HIPPA at all! The doctors are wonderful and provide great care it is just unfortunate that the first person you see gives you a bad taste in your mouth.

Patient care is excellent here. My only issue has to do with the front desk. I have been to this office twice in the last month and both times experienced short, rude commands and comments from the receptionist. I understand she has a job to do and patients can be jerks, but we're not all like that. Please be kind and welcoming. Some patients are scared and nervous when they come in for an appointment.

I have been a patient here since my mother was pregnant with me. I had been seeing Dr. Gayle Crawford the last 4 years or so and she never could remember me. I went in for some issues and immediately was just recommended ultrasounds and surgery. She spends maybe 5 minutes with you, so I felt like that was a very dismissive treatment plan. The front desk staff is unprofessional, trashy, and rude. And good luck trying to book an appointment, they never answer. Very sad to see how downhill this place has gone since being a patient for so many years.

I have been a patient here for 30 years and I'm appalled by how awful and incompetent the office staff has become. So much so, that I will be looking for a new clinic. When I scheduled my appointment 8 weeks ago, I specifically said I wanted an ultrasound and then a follow-up with a Doctor. The receptionist instead scheduled a follow-up with a PA, which I only realized AFTER I got off the phone and googled this "doctor's" name.

I of course then had to call back and reschedule, and naturally I couldn't get in for an additional 2 weeks! I finally had my appointment 2 weeks ago, and they still haven't called me to schedule my surgery, despite the fact that I've called them twice to follow-up. And the front desk personnel are incredibly short and rude. It sure would be nice if someone in that office cared to read what patients were saying about the office personnel. It's very unfortunate because I do actually like the Doctors there.
