Came in today with a friend that needed a contact because she had lost the other one, they hadn't seen her in almost 2 years still had her file, she can't see without her contacts and she's pregnant with twins and due. they treated her wonderful and guttering and out in the same day thank you so much for treating my friend with so much respect and friendly and nice.

I have had quite a few of negative experiences at this place with my glasses. I have had to make about 5 trips within a span of a month just for one pair of glasses to be replaced. They have poor costumer service and are very rude when handling customers with damaged products. I do not recommend this look optical on 44th.

Very unprofessional young doctor who would rather vouch for his technician Ryan to make calls a doctor should for his convenience. Lost all trust in this location and their providers. I canceled my contact order and walked out. I'm excited to find a professional eye care team who is more deserving of my hard earned money.

Dr. Lynn Durfee is outstanding! Went there for an emergency but will come back for my regular eye care just to work with him. The front office staff was great too! Dr. Durfee is that rare breed who provides outstanding service and wants to help you resolve your problem for as little money as possible. Told me how to get drops that normally cost $150 for $2.50. He also took the time to explain things so that I not only understood the problem but also how to resolve it. A+ experience

The reason I give Look Optical a five star is bc of Jose and his salesmanship. So seldom you find a sale Sc person that takes his time explains everything. Let's you decide from options. He could tell I wasn't that enthused about the frames I picked out so even though those fr as he's were the most expensive in the store, he led me to a pair that were just as good and better fit but much cheaper. Ask for him by name. Jose. Also the quality is better and the frames and lens are cheaper than competitors.

The front desk is polite and helpful, but coming in for my first eye exam in a decade, I certainly expected a little more assistance in navigating a couple questions I wasn't prepared for. The optometrist is AMAZING. Extremely knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and very helpful. The biggest take away is DONT GET GLASSES HERE. I mistakenly did, knowing that I would be paying a premium but accepted it as the customer service from the person helping me was great.
I ordered my glasses knowing that I had some upcoming travel coming up in a week and asked the front desk if I could get my glasses in 7 days, rather than in 10 days they suggested. My request was acknowledged and I was told that I should be able to pick them up before I left for my trip. Unfortunately, that was a lie. TL;DR Great place to get your eyes examined. Terrible play to order glasses from if you need them in a timely manner.

The store is beyond phenomenal! Their customer service is like none I've ever seen. My vision insurance can be difficult to deal with, they had problem stepping up and dealing with it and making the whole process smooth for me! Every time I go in it's like I'm visiting with family they're always kind, caring, makes me feel like I'm at home and they always have me laughing. I like a group of people can make an experience that's not always Pleasant something fun! Thank you to all the staff at Look Optical you guys are Rockstar's!

Great one stop for glasses and contacts. I have really great eye insurance, and my glasses were cheaper with their buy one get one than billing my insurance. Two pairs of glasses under $500 is a great deal. Much much more affordable than a major eye glasses retailer. Nice and knowledgeable staff who are great at helping with frame selection.

I have had nothing but GREAT experiences at this store! Not only did the optometrist make me feel comfortable, he also listened to my concerns and addressed them extremely professionally and explaining exactly what he does and why. After the exam, the customer service was amazing and Tricia helped me pick out a frame that was perfect for my face (and matched my style). The glasses were ready so quickly and again, the staff was amazing when I picked them up. I will never be going to another store!

I had gone here for years and then moved away for several years only to return a few months ago. I found myself needing more contacts and I contacted them to find Dr. Morris still working there. She is ALWAYS super pleasant and always listens to my problems and very helpful in helping me find the perfect contacts and glasses. Also Hassan the assistant is very helpful. My only problem are the girls in the front are kinda rude and act like your not important. except for the new one that just started a few weeks ago.

Look Optical has been great to our family we have been coming here for years just this past Saturday all five of us in our family Needed to get checked up three of us needed to glasses they told us it would take 3 to 5 business days. We are on Monday and they called us to let us know that our glasses are ready for pick up that's super quick as they have their lab to do the glasses on site.
From the doctor to all the staff they have all been great. I would recommend Look Optical to any family has their staff is great with kids and adults. Thank you everybody at Look Optical you are all great and you took care of us very well. Also they looked into our insurance to see what else was covered when you really don't know what else is covered they do.
My family and I will keep on coming to Look Optical for any needs we have and I know they wool take care of us very well. Thank U again to everybody Look Optical I really appreciate you.

5 Yrs Plus of Excellent experience! Our family receives 100% Skillful Customer Representative from Sunhee! Know the Optometrist is exceptional and the staff is friendly. I definitely recommend Look Optical, to my family & friends. The selection of glasses is outstanding as well. They have everything from discount frames to the latest designer frames. I love my Coach Frames that I bought!

This place was terrible in terms of time and customer service. They also had a very limited selection of frames. First off, the staff in the office just seemed like inexperienced people who really didn't know what they were doing and were not professional at all. They excelled at being apathetic in most of their interactions. Second, it took me over two weeks to get my glasses.
This was after the salesperson originally told me 7 to 10 days. When I called after a week (7 days) they said that they were waiting for my frames. The lenses were done. It took 10 more days to finally get the frames and completed glasses. When I went in to pick the glasses up, the woman at the front desk simply handed them to me. She did not ask or automatically offer to have someone fit them.
She just handed them to me. I went over to a mirror and tried them on. And then asked the woman if there was anything else. She offhandedly said no. And I left. Never to go back there. I rarely give bad reviews but Look Optical was terrible. UPDATE: Adam R of Look Optical contacted me the same day I posted this review to apologize for the terrible service. He said someone would be in contact with me soon. No one ever contacted me. Terrible service continues.

I called trying to get an inquiry about what benefits my insurance covered. It was through my medical insurance so it was a little bit more difficult to look up. The lady that I spoke to was very rude to begin with - she told me that with my insurance it only covered exams and contact lenses (I wanted glasses). I then called over to United health care to check on my benefits, they did state that I was fully covered for exams, glasses, and lenses and they showed in their system that 'Look Optical' was a full service provider.
Thinking that it may have been a mistake, I decide to call back to check again. I get the same lady, and she was even more rude that before, she yells on the phone that "I already spoke to you and I told you that we do not accept your insurance for glasses" I kindly told her that I called over to my insurance and explained to them what they told me.
She still proceeded to yell over the phone and just state the same thing over and over again. I then asked her that UHC stated if I had any issues that they could get in contact with them directly - she told me that they had no interest in calling them because regardless it was not going to be approved. I then asked to speak to her manager because she was not offering to help me, she asked me how she was not willing to help and I respond with I asked her numerous times kindly to call over and help me understand, and even if they still were not able to get me the glasses through insruance at least update their company with UHC so it did not show as a full provider.
She then hangs up the phone. I decide to call back again, furious, and she answers and I ask, again, to speak to her manager, she proceeds to tell me that their "manager" is on vacation and the "person in charge" was on lunch. I got her name, Cynthia, and just told her I would be calling back later to file a complaint. The funny thing about all of this is I had not even been into the store yet and already experienced one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. I will never, ever be going here for my vision purposes.

This is the best place to go. The customer service is remarkable. I love Sarah Moore and everyone else that works there. They go leaps and bounds for there customers. I have such a hard time with allergies in my eyes. I wear contacts and can always get in right away to get my eyes feeling better. I have asked the to switch from daily contacts, to bi-weekly contacts to monthly. Sometimes I have felt like I have been a pain for them, they always work with me. And always with a smile. I love these gals and guys and you will also.

I've been going to this location since 2009, but today really made me want to write a review. They have always given me good service, I've always gotten what I've expected, and at a good price. Today, my boyfriend, Shawn's, glasses broke in half. It was very disheartening since we just bought these glasses in the last 6 months and they were very expensive lenses.
I felt so bad for him; he's been walking around in prescription sunglasses all day. Anyway, we brought the glasses down, they were able to find him a pair that would fit his old lenses and had them ready in about an hour. The gentleman that runs this store is truly top class. He sat with my boyfriend adjusting the new glasses for about 15 minutes until they were perfect.
Not only did they give us top quality service, but they gave us a discount on the frames and we got out for around $50. We would have gone back anyway, but now they have a special place in my heart. We will be longtime customers with Look Optical.
