The staff and doctors are very attentive. They make sure your questions are answered and you understand. They don't keep you waiting. They don't act like they are in a hurry.

I love the way that everyone cares about all of the patients health and they are the best at their job. Dr. Frances Wong is very nice and helpful and she explains what she is doing to get my hemoglobin levels where they are supposed to be.

All staff was welcoming and friendly. The time with each technician was friendly and accommodating. The PA was knowledgeable, thorough and explained things with details.

Megan Sawyer was attentive to my issues and my worries. She listened well and gave me the detailed information I desired. She even corrected a scheduling issue that someone had arranged for me without even asking. Plus the free coffee was good.

Although the results of my examination are not fully available I will go out on a limb and share that the services I provided while at this facility were outstanding. There was very little waiting beyond what one would expect in a medical facility. The medical professionals took as much time as needed to answer all my questions and explain what was going on in the most professional manner.

I was understandably apprehensive about having a bone marrow biopsy performed on me yesterday, but Megan Sawyer NP made the experience more than bearable. Before starting, she gave me a very thorough explanation of what she would be doing and what I could expect from beginning to end. Once the procedure started, she continued to let me know what she was doing and asked on several occasions how I was doing.

She calmed my nerves, and I am happy to report that I did not feel any pain throughout. She gave me very clear instructions on follow-up, especially for the first 24 hours afterwards. While I hope that I never have to have this procedure again, if I do I will certainly hope that I have the exact same care team looking after me.

New motif for clinics: not looking like a clinic. Or feeling like it, for that matter. I hope it catches on. The staff and the layout act more like an office serving customers, than health care for people that don't have much of a choice.
