I had a wonderful first time experience at this office. I plan to utilize the other services they offer in the near future. The staff was very kind, I felt comfortable.

I wish the front office staff were friendlier and more knowledgeable. My mom had mohs surgery and a skin graft done at this location, and although her experience with the doctor and nurse were good, the front office staff were "snotty" to her on multiple occasions. When you come to a place like this you want to be put at ease, not to feel more uncomfortable.

I would not have been inclined to leave a review if I didn't just receive the same treatment. I called to inquire about treatments offered, and I immediately felt uncomfortable, like the questions I asked were stupid. When she didn't know the answer to my question she told me to hold on a minute, but hung up on me instead. Any staff of any medical facility should treat their patients (or prospective patients) with sensitivity and understanding, not coldness and superiority.

You are the first people they see or speak with when they are nervous, and it ultimately impacts the patients interaction with their doctor. I honestly think if this facility had kinder front office staff, they would have a 5 star rating.

Ive had a rather good experience so far. Only thing that is a big incovience is the fact the do not take copays in office. You get sent to some 3rd partie link to pay the copay through there website. Pretty concerning. Seems like it would Take about 10mins to set it up for payment in office and your done. Other medical facilitys seem to have figured it out. It save your clients there time rather than to go online or fill out the invoice and send via mail.

I had skin cancer removed by Dr. Wang today and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. Dr Wang put me at ease and we even joked around a little which helped me relax. I also got to meet three of his nurses and they were absolutely wonderful. As it turned out I didn't feel a thing, the entire team was very attentive, and all my anxiety disappeared within minutes. I would highly recommend that you go to Dr. Wang if you had to have any skin cancer removed. You will be glad you did.

I called this morning as I had an appointment in December 2020. I received a check for over payment of $30 on 1/11. Then on 2/5 received a bill for $30. I called this morning to ask what was going on. I was told being my name changed (I got married in December of 2019) someone was clearing accounts from 2018 and "She is human and made a mistake and couldn't predict the future".

She was super rude! It shouldn't be my fault as a patient either to know their system didn't merge and make it a more seamless process to apply that credit to my actual charged owed. Super unimpressed at her lack of Customer Service.

I had no problems with the dermatologist, but the billing department is awful. I have called 3 different times giving them my insurance information. They keep sending me bills in the mail when I have already given all my insurance information. I have been there twice and had no problems the first time and I don't understand why it is an issue now.

If something is wrong I would at least like a call back. It's a shame that I will not be coming back because I really did like the dermatologists, but the billing department ruined it for me.

I was there today and saw Dr. Gielczyk. I left the office in tears after he left the room during my appointment when I started crying about the idea of my only option being medication. I had many more questions to ask him for alternate solutions. I have never had a more rude and unprofessional experience in my entire life. It is sad when the nurse has to apologize for the doctors behavior after he walks out for no reason and she gave me another doctor's office number. No bedside manner and very very disrespectful. I will be calling tomorrow to make sure I am not charged for the visit that was not finished.

I was not happy at all with my visit, concerning the doctor. To say the least our visit was so unprofessional and we were overlooked. Before I was told that upon our next visit we would not have to do deal with that specific doctor but a PA, I made it clear we would not be seeing the original doctor we were set up with today. Just a suggestion, if you do not like working with people, choose a different field. I made my appt, I showed up, I paid you, I deserved a well respected visit as the next person.

Too many ways was I being rubbed the wrong way about how this business is ran. Firstly, when I made an appointment the receptionist directed me so fast I was cut off. I had asked how much a consultation was and was passed around and no one could give me a straight answer, they seemed more focused on scheduling me through. During my appointment, I asked the doctor if I could use anything topical and was told no that wouldn't help, then at the end he prescribed 2 medications one being topical.

I asked why am I even being perscribed a topical treatment when I was told that it wouldn't be effective? I was told I don't have to take it then. Lastly when I called to pay my balance I again was rudely passed off by the receptionist again and the next lady I spoke with just asked for my birthday and stated the amount. I said yes that's me. She said go ahead with the numbers.

I started reading a few and asked aren't you going to ask me what amount I'm paying today (Payment/full amount)? She said I told you the amount and you said yes. I said, I said yes that is me but I wanted to be clear about the amount that is being paid/charged on my card today. She just read me back the first set of numbers and wanted me to continue and as soon as she said my card was approved she hung up on me. A very rude and unprofessional practice in my opinion. Will not recommend this place.
