Giving 5 stars to Dr. Mansour the Plastic. Surgeon. And 2 stars for the practice. Went in for a Stye that hasn't gone away. Nurse was nice. Doctor told me there was nothing she could do and needed to schedule an appointment with the plastic surgeon to get it removed. I asked about antibiotics or other options and she said no. She gave me no information about the procedure but that it would get numbed and cut out.

I emailed the office later asking about what I needed to do before and if I could drive home after the procedure. No response. I called the day before my appointment and they told me I wouldn't be able to drive after, something I feel the doctor should have told me. When I get to my appointment, I wait 30 mins before they take me back. Then another 15 for the doctor to come in.

However Dr Mansour was so kind and helpful. He explained everything thoroughly before deciding he was going to try 2 antibiotics before going straight to a procedure. I wish I saw him first. While paying my copay I asked my receptionist if I paid for a procedure or just a consultation visit. the women next to her (who wasn't in the conversation at all) jumped in saying we are a specialist that's why it's expensive.

She was rude and did not have my information in front of her to comment. My receptionist was helpful. Problems with communication, time management, and doctors jumping straight to expensive procedures are why I will not be coming back and do not recommend.

I called to ask my pupillary eye distance (which was measured at my appointment and is in their records), and they refused to give me the info stating that I would have to book another appointment to get that. Ridiculous.

STAY AWAY. Went in here for an eye appointment and after waiting for 25 min they came to me and said i needed a mask. I apologized and explained i did not have one. They asked me to go to my car and get one. I explained i did not have one in my vehicle. I asked if i could use one of their masks and they explained i could buy one for $3. Unbelievable trying to make money off masks at an eye center, really?

I then had enough. I asked for my medical documents so i could leave and go somewhere else. They said that it was $30 to transfer my documents. I did not want to transfer i just wanted my own information. Terrible stay away.

Very bad customer service, we had Three issues with them on Two visits, First, they play around to charge you more, they billed medical for vision check! Second, very long wait time, we had our appointment (1.5 hours) until we had to leave before we can see the doctor! Third, we decided that we are over with this bad business, we request the release of data so that we can take all the records transfered to another doctor, we signed all needed paper work to release the papers and we called four time to remind them to send it before our appointment at the new doctor but still no one acknowledged that. Very very bad service. Do Not go there!

Husband was charged $140. for contact lens fitting.previously wore them, told the person the brand and they gave him to sets of lenses, told him to let them know which was most comfortable and that was it.and that cost 140.00. WTH? Also was charged $35.00 for imaging of his eyes.he never consented to that. I questioned the charge. I asked to see where he signed for it.well.there is NO documentation that he signed.he was never handed the IPAD.now I have to wait for a check to be sent to me for a service that was never rendered. I wonder how many others have paid this without consent. I got my eyes examined there and they have lost my business as well!

Great experience with this office! Had an odd vision issue suddenly crop up. They were able to squeeze me in first thing this morning to ensure nothing serious was happening. Really appreciate them looking at me so quickly. I love Dr. Nguyen. I see her for my regular exams as well. She is very thorough and professional yet also warm and engaging. Thanks to everyone on staff for your help today!

I have been a patient of Dr. Boutros since he started he began practicing in Loudoun. He is direct and honest. As a person with MS I have more tests than the average person. I hadn't seen him in years and was accepted back as a patient to see Dr Boutros due to possible optic neuritis. My eyes have been well cared for with him. I just went the other day for my yearly appointment. I can't put it off anymore I pick up my glasses in 2 wks. Robin was very helpful with picking out frames and patient in explaining my options based on insurance coverage.

So I convinced my Son who is 19 years old to do the lasik surgery for him, drove 2 hours to come with him to the location to be told I can't get in with him in the consultation and have to sit in my car! He is only 19 years old. Insurance doesn't cover so I will be paying for him shouldn't I go in to understand the situation and all what need to be done rather than being asked to sit in the car.

Well we both walked out and I could have got an appointment for my self at the same time and sit in the office and walk inside with him to do the consultation. You guys need to think better.

This is the worst place to get an eye exam and one of the most expensive. Poor Management, con artists they will rip you off and their only concern is money in their pockets! They make you pay for extra services if you want to do a walkin! That in my opinion should be illegal! As for the doctors all the good ones left as they should have! The dirty regional manager kaitlyn talks about patients behind their backs, I have first hand knowledge! For this I give this place 10 thumbs down! Consumer BEWARE!

I'm not sure why there are so many bad reviews. I've been going to The Eye Center in Sterling for years and have always had a pleasant experience. Yes the front staff is busy which could be why some consider them rude. Again, I've always had a pleasant experience here from sign in, to selecting new glasses. There's never been an issue with insurance or billing. I would highly recommend them. Dr. Nguyen and Robin are fantastic!

I have worn contacts for almost 20 yrs now and have had routine eye exams every year since. This is the FIRST time I have ever walked out of an appointment feeling thoroughly satisfied and impressed and I have seen many different eye doctors! Hence the review. Their office is very professional. Everyone was welcoming, friendly, and helpful. The exam was the most thorough exam I've ever experienced.

The technologies they have available are top notch. Dr Walent is by far the best optometrist I've met. He is super knowledgeable and detail oriented. I actually learned quit a bit from my appointment! I'll definitely be a returning patient.

Excellent service from front office to the back. Truly amazing customer service! Helped me out with an eye emergency due to losing glasses in the ocean. Would consider making the drive back for yearly exams.

I am new to the area and was having problems with my eye. I have had glasses for 20 plus years and am no stranger to a bad experience. They had a great review and I took a chance! It did not disappoint. They were polite and professional at the reception desk. They have updated technology and a clean environment. The Dr. stopped and listened to what I have to say.

He also took time to explain what he thought and his plan for treatment. He is the primary optometrist who assured me that if I had any more issue to come back. He was professional and polite. I will definitely be back.

This was one of the best experiences I've had with an optometrist. The doctor is very thorough, very easy to talk to, very knowledgeable, a good listener, and compassionate. His staff are excellent. Niki, who did my intake, was excellent. She is very methodical and smart. I'll be a regular patient there!
