After a week of getting an appointment with these sorry so call professionals people. I stated that my child might have been exposed that come talking about a baby which my child don't walk up to nobody's child. I stated to that dummy receptionist that we all have been exposed at some point. Dr. Mertz refused to see my child! This was it fooling with them. Never again. Please don't go there. I just want to make sure my child was ok.

Been takeing my daughter here for 16 years, never had any trouble until today. Meds were sent to the wrong pharmacy. The woman at the front desk I'd never seen before, she broke in on me when I was trying to explain and was very, very disrespectful and rude and didn't even want to talk to me. When I asked her to reschedule an appointment, she straight out told me that she wasn't going to do it.
She was very unprofessional and didn't even try to help me so if you see her where you sign in, big, black headed rude unsmiling girl, beware!. Otherwise everyone else is great and helpful and kind and they know how to work with people who are concerned about kids.

This is a very professional and helpful clinic. We have been with the practice for 10 years and have seen a few of the providers. They are open on the weekends, which has prevented several emergency room visits. The after hours nurse line saved my daughter's life. She had a bad fall and was taken to the local emergency room which sent her home without treatment or evaluation.
I called the after hours nurse line and she listened to every detail and advised me to take her to the nearest trauma center. The clinic called me the next day to check on my child. Everytime I have ever called with a sick child they have found a way to work them into the schedule. The staff are always polite and find a way to help my children. Dr. Bonney is our primary care physician and he is wonderful. He listens carefully to the child and tries to help educate you and treat the child as needed.
