Services
How long will I have to wait? A. On average, your entire visit will probably last about an hour. Please understand that many factors can make your visit longer or shorter. Patients are usually seen in the same order that they arrive, but sometimes a patient with a more serious injury or illness must be seen first.

I walked in at 4:30 p.m. with my sick son and even though they stop taking patients at 4:15 p.m. they saw him. He tested positive for the flu. The staff was right on it everything was fast and I had my sick child home and in bed before 5:35pm. That's the type of service a parent needs when their child is sick. I'm considering changing them to his PCP.
Every single time we've been here in an emergency situation we have had exemplary service. When my son had strep and I had the worst nosebleed of my life they called to check on us afterwards. Amazing staff!

I have been going to this office for many years now with wonderful results, however, the new"Dr" they have now(Cindy?), is a joke! She diagnosed me with a sinus/ear infection but proceeded to tell me that she wants the infection to run for 7-10 days before she prescribes antibiotics! I am sole caregiver to a mother with Parkinson's dementia and I cannot be down with an infection for 7-10 days!
I feel like they just stole $75 from me and there is absolutely nothing I can do about it other than pay $75 more dollars in 7 days to get the antibiotics! I will definitely not be returning to this office!

This was my first visit to this facility as my PCP couldn't see me until the following week, so I decided this would be the place to go. At first, the home-like environment seems nice and comforting. The wait was short, the initial staff was extremely nice, the tech and Larry. They gave me great treatment and I felt they were empathetic to my situation. However, the reason behind this 2-star rating is due to the front desk staff, specifically one woman who is possibly the rudest person I have ever met.
She is a middle-aged person with a very old tattoo on her forearm. I called to get a note for work, apparently that was an issue. then I called to get my diagnosis sent to me which I was not told was not possible without me being present. Now I'm not 100% familiar with healthcare and I wasn't informed that do to HIPAA laws they could not email me or fax my diagnosis to my PCP.
While me being confused, that same older woman handed the phone to a nicer lady at the front desk and I could hear her saying in the background "I'm not going to talk to this person anymore". It was not about not getting the fax, not getting the email or even driving 30 miles back, it was about the fact that this woman simply had a horrible day or did not like her job. Either way, I'll never be returning due to HER unprofessionalism.

The nurse that helped me was very nice I have no complaints about her. But the doctor really made me feel uncomfortable and disrespected! I went in for hip pain, he never once told me what he saw on my ex rays, after pushing and pulling on my hips legs and back a bit he prescribed a shot and a prescription which is fine it has helped, but he treated me like all I wanted was something to get high on. I am a single mother of four, there is no room for getting high in my schedule. I will not go back to this place to be disrespected again!

Awful, the receptionist is either unintelligent or very rude. After waiting 20 minutes without a word I tried to get someone's attention only to discover no one was downstairs. Later when I called, the receptionist didn't even realize I had left and said she was eating her lunch. I said, if you're going to stop for lunch you should at least tell someone. She said she wanted to eat it while it was hot and I should have known where she was. Don't give these people any money, they obviously don't value their customers
