An important part of the laser hair removal procedure is the cooling of the skin. A special contact-cooling hand piece allows your physician to treat even the most sensitive skin. It protects and cools the upper layer of the skin before, during and after each laser pulse while directing the laser energy to the hair root.

Poor customer service. I was getting laser treatments from them. They made a mistake on their end with an appointment, I showed them my appointment card and they basically said can't do anything gave your appointment away. They didn't try to make up for it or even work with my schedule to fit me in as soon as possible. Consistently 30 to 45 minutes late to all appointments.

I had the worst treatments there. Telling me to sit still to have all eye injections when my eye wasn't even frozen to be left with an eyeball eche for 5 weeks afterwards. Then to do it again and again. It was awful. I quit. My eye is fine now. I advise everyone to go elsewhere. The place is nothing more than a clic. If people that go there only knew that just by quitting there and going to a professional eye doctor they will find out that the guy there is just mascarading as a professional. He's not! I caught up with all his lies. Really people, Dont trust him. At All!

I recently had PRK surgery at Lasik Provision. I cannot say enough nice things about Dr. Taylor and his staff. Everyone was kind and professional. PRK surgery is rather nerve wracking but I was made to feel comfortable and experienced absolutely no pain. I am writing this review on day 3 after the surgery and I am feeling great. My only regret is that I didn't do this sooner. I highly recommend Dr. Taylor and his staff. :

Such an amazing experience at Lasik provision! I've been wearing glasses and contacts for over 10 years, and I had my Lasik surgery with Dr. Taylor on Thursday Sept. 7th, 2017. It's now the day after my surgery and I can see! Words can't even describe my happiness! Thank you to Dr. Taylor and his amazing staff for all that they've done. Everyone was very reassuring and attentative throughout the experience! Definitely would recommend to family and friends!

Had Lasik done to correct my vision in October/2015. Was told I was an ideal candidate, everything should be fine. A week post-op I was not 20/20. I knew something did not go as planned, and I met with two of the optometrists that work there, both brushed my concerns off, and ordered me to take a potent steroid drop. These steroid drops did nothing to improve my vision.
It was not a slow "healing" issues as the optometrists I was meeting with kept telling me, it was that my eyes were regressing immediately after the surgery, which I was essentially told would not happen until way down the road. This place knows what to do when things go "right" but when a problem arises the optometrists there are out in left field and seemingly incompetent.
I finally requested a meeting with Dr. Taylor who did the surgery and he immediately told me my eyes were regressing, something the optometrists were unable to do after several visits, and weeks of putting steroids in my eyes that did nothing. My advice is stay away from this place if you are going to get lasik done. I have heard similar stories to mine which I wish I knew about before I decided to go there.
If your going to invest the money for this surgery, go to Hamilton or Toronto where I have heard much better stories from people who had lasik done. My overall advice is forget about doing this surgery. Wearing glasses, or putting contacts in are really not that much of a hassle. And after my experience I was actually quite happy to have them back again. Yes, less than a year after lasik, I am wearing glasses and contacts again.
It was an expensive mistake that everyone should be aware of. (Plus my night vision is way worse now even with glasses on) Side note: This place does not inform you that the "flaps" they cut on your eyes never actually "heal" all that happens is scar tissue bonds them back to your eyes. These flaps can become dislodged at anytime in your life. When your eyes regress, which they eventually will, you may not be able to wear contacts again as your corneas will be too flat. I just barely found a pair that fit my eyes now.

I had three lasik procedures here. In 2010 I had both eyes done. Six months later, one eye regressed and had to have another lasik procedure in 2011. Six months later my eye regressed again and I was talked into blended lasik to give me near perfect distance and close up vision. That procedure was done in late 2012 and of course had an additional fee.
Today my close up vision is terrible and I need readers in the 2.0 to 2.5 range. My distance vision is nowhere near clear and I have corrective lenses. The expensive fees paid up front were for three years of treatments. I feel that money was wasted as my vision is the same or worse than before Dr. Taylor did my three lasik procedures.

What an amazing experience! I recommend it for everyone! I had my lasik eye surgery done in March 2014. Over 6 months ago now, and I have been happier and happier every day. The dryness has settled nicely, and my vision is excellent. The staff made the experience very pleasant and all of my concerns and anxieties were alleviated as the day went on.

I spoke with Lasik provision about a problem I am having with my right eye lid. I have a skin growth that is affecting my vision. I had a lot of questions about my eye. I was getting worried about the growth because it was very close to my eye ball. Lasik provision answered all my questions, explained to me what was going on and made some suggestions on how to correct this problem.
I felt very relieved and confident that I my vision will be corrected. I appreciated the time they took to explain in full detail the problem I am having and how they can fix it for me. I highly recommend Lasik Provision for their experience in eye care. I found them very approachable and professional and a pleasure to do business with. Thank you Lasik provision Sandy D

I had my eyes done here about 5 years ago. My distance vision is still greater than 20/20. That summer, I drove through the Rockies. Nothing is more beautiful with perfect vision. It was my most amazing vacation. I had great anxiety around the operation although there was no pain, and the surgical procedure was very brief, under 15 minutes total. Dr. Taylor was amazing. It was worth every moment, and I tell everyone how much better my life is now; swimming and being able to see the ocean and sky.
