I was harassed from 2018 until 2020, told repeatedly it had been corrected only to receive another bill or phone call. Then to be told it was corrected again.repeat.repeat. and now bullied into paying a bill 2 years later that I had clear evidence was handled with the threat of collections. Do not go here, I went for an annual and they said since I signed for treatment they could bill me for whatever they decided to do on my visit. An annual is preventative treatment for beep sake. Women's healthcare what a joke! You are taking advantage! Middle finger, peace

My first appointment with Dr. Shulman on 10/15/19 was definitely 5 stars. She spent time listening to me and going over my previous medical history. She carefully explained what my exam would entail and she was gentle and very thorough. The staff was welcoming and answered all my questions. I highly recommend Dr. Shulman. For parking I would recommend valet or street, not underground parking.

Dr shulman came recommended to me very highly by numerous people after having a hard time getting pregnant and later in life. I was nervous when I found out I was expecting but made the apointement. To start, the staff in the office was very very welcoming and that put me at ease right away. Then I got to meet this wonderful lady, d4 shulman, who had a heart and wasn't counting how many minutes I had been in, needless to say I felt right at home.
I had to see another Dr there.also extremely nice. This is a patient and nice group and in this world it makes me realise that there still are some caring doctors who took an oath and honor it and made me feel like a human versus the next cattle to see. I'm always happy to go in and have a laugh with everyone. Make that apointement! I don't regret it!

Wow! I've truly never experienced anything as dismissive and disrespectful as this facility. Like all of the other reviews, it comes down to an outrageously incompetent and mind-blowingly rude staff, as well as deceptive billing practices. Dr. Blumefeld, YOU are the owner of the practice, and all through these Yelp and Google reviews are complaints about your staff and Valerie.
In what industry is it common practice for your Office Manager be infamous for not returning calls?! Why have you taken no action to correct this after so many patients have pointed this out? It certainly overshadows the doctors in your practice. I would love to see Dr. Afflack again, because I loved her energy and humor, but due to the management of the practice, I would never allow myself to seek such intimate care from such a stressful and insensitive facility.
With Women's Health being attacked from all angles, it is so discouraging, as a latinx woman, living paycheck to paycheck, to be taken advantage of, and be treated so poorly by people unwilling to rectify their admitted and obvious mistakes. Your office has the specifics on my complaint. I would love to speak to you directly on this matter, Dr. Blumefeld.

Misdiagnosed with hypothyroidism during my pregnancy. A nurse, not the doctor, called to tell me this and answered none on my questions. I asked to talked to the doctor before starting a medication but was told he wasnt in the office for several days and that I immediately needed to start medication. Dr. Dorian wouldn't even call to discuss the initial diagnosis, nor the mistake/misdiagnosis he made.
I'm glad I listened to myself, sensed something was wrong with this diagnosis, and went got a second opinion. The new doctor confirmed no evidence of hypothyroidism. Hmmmmmmmmmm.

Dr. Blumenfeld seemed reasonable on my first appointment. Unfortunately, I have not been able to schedule a follow-up appointment, as his office manager, Valerie, will not return my phone calls to confirm ordering my IUD. It took weeks in August to figure out billing after long lags of communications between Valerie, my insurance company and myself.
My insurance company answered the phone and my questions promptly; however, I had a very hard time getting information out of Valerie. This ordeal was so ridiculous that I decided to simply get a Yaz prescription from CVS. As expected, one month in, I'm having complications with the hormones and would really like to have the IUD put it; however, after a third call in two days, I have not been able to get in touch with Valerie, who is the only person that orders IUDs in the office. It's neglectful and unethical that these physicians employ a staff that prevents patients getting the care they need. Do not see these doctors.

Womens healthcare associates are the worst, most Ruthless people in Medicine i have experienced. They lack basic Courtesy, they care only for Finance as opposed to the health of their clients. They made my wife miserable and left crying. We immediately asked for our files to be transferred. please don't risk beautiful moments that make memories ruined by people who care only for their pockets. " My Experience"
