I made a mistake today and Laura, head front desk person took care of everything. I, for some reason had the appointment for today and it was for tomorrow. Most places would have just nixed me and I drove along way. These folks were very helpful, got me a spot quickly, and were really nice about it. I just wanted to say thanks for taking care of switching my time slot and really appreciate your efforts. What a nice experience!

On hold for twenty minutes to schedule appointment for mammogram. I have a PPO. Told I had to be referred by a primary care doctor. Reminder letter stated that, but come on. Why? Told, "just our policy" What kind of BS is that? And the woman answering the phone seemed to take great delight in telling me so. Makes me loathe the US medical system even more.

Horrible service. Scheduling kept telling me I could come in and be seen as a walk in, but everytime I showed up I was turned away. Don't waste your time. Go to Medical Imaging Center down the road, better service and no wait times. I was able to be seen right away minus all the hassle from Tower Saint Johns.

I can't believe how difficult it is to make an appointment with Tower Saint John' Imaging. It takes hours and they don't seem to have the ability to communicate with your health insurance company to confirm coverage. I don't recommend them, they are impossible to deal with.

Had CT scan at this place for my arm. Got billed for the arm 2x and abdomen. Jumped the hoops to get corrected (like 4 months). Since the would not send me the corrected bill I had to call several times, so I found the way to chat so I can keep this for my records. They sent me to some agency CMRE for the billing. My new bill after I insisted to get re sent to me was not itemized and my name was misspelled.

I am female and the managed to add JR. before my misspelled last name. Make long story short avoid this place. They will overcharge you and they think their mistakes are funny. They told me this CT would be about $1,000 but came out $5,000

Scheduling people are reliable, caring and accommodating. Every person I've spoken to is efficient, polite, and really knows what's being done. The automatic system always alert you about your place in line. And I did get connected after waiting out 5 people ahead of me

Very disappointed. The staff refused to help my sister with our mother saying it was a liability and she asked that they let me in to help and they said no due to COVID-19 (understandable), but still, we are there and no assistance? All they can say in their defense would be "here is the stool but it's your responsibility to do the rest". Are they failing to comply with ADA?

The appointment was made with the knowledge of my mother's physical limitations -the reason for the MRIs. This is unacceptable coming from professional medical technicians. The behavior exhibited was unworthy of a medical professional that is supposed to be caring for patients that require their medical care. It does not seem like ours was an isolated incident.

The staff should ask more questions regarding the patients physical condition when scheduling appointments because they clearly are "not able" to assist due to liability issues or choose to be selective with whom they assist. The staff at check-in were very pleasant.

This facility has been one of my go-to places for imaging and after my visit today, I was even more impressed than usual. The protective measures they are taking with Covid-19 are reassuring and thorough. They have implemented many safety measures - more than many other places in Los Angeles. The technicians are always friendly and I was in and out quickly.

I have been to Tower Saint John's multiple times in the past couple of years and always received an excellent care. An example of it was last week when I had to go out of town to see a surgeon and they required a high field MRI which I needed to do in 24 hours. I called Tower Saint John's and explained my situations. They accepted me as a walk in with no guarantee of being able to perform the test and sure enough after waiting a short period of time, they did the MRI.

The big shout out to Stephanie, Sean and Emil for making it happen. You guys were compassionate, professional and I appreciate your kindness and care from the bottom of my heart.

Unbelievable! Don't go here if you use a wheelchair. The architectural access is okay (and I like the free valet parking), but after waiting nearly an hour I was told, "Sorry, we can't see you today." Why? "We can't locate a lift team to help transfer you to the examination table." But I don't need one, I said. I brought my own muscular assistant who's used to this kind of thing. "Sorry, " she said, though she didn't seem it, "liability issue." I've never had this problem before, and I told her so.

She then offered an appointment at another facility for an hour later. I said no thanks. There are plenty of other places I can go. Note: It's good and right to offer lifting assistance, but I'm not required to accept it. And if I have provided my own accommodation--and if I'm willing to sign away any liability--the facility IS required to accept that. Bad policy, bad attitude.
