I would absolutely recommend this practice. God bless you for the excellent work you do, and the compassionate care you give your patients. This was my first, and hopefully my last experience with skin cancer, but you all saved my life. I had a great experience getting diagnosed and treated for squamous cell cancer on my nose. It was very quick and easy to get a biopsy and then the Mohs Micrographic Surgery to remove the surgery. All my questions were answered and I was very happy with the service I received.

I haven't received a call back for two weeks in a row after leaving a voicemail about medication. When I called again I kindly explained to the woman at the front desk the issue I had and the woman continuously interrupted me and said there's nothing she can do. Unfortunately due to this service I've experienced I'm changing providers.

Do you like great customer service with a friendly and knowledgeable staff? If you do, this IS NOT the place for you! This was the worst experience! My appointment was at 2pm and I went early about 1:20pm to fill out the paperwork for myself and my daughter. The front office didn't ask my name, didn't give me paperwork they just told me to sit in the lobby.
After 30 minutes of waiting, I went to ask about the paperwork and the rude lady that told me to sit down said, "You're too late for your appointment when do you want to reschedule." I had to explain that she told me to sit down and she had to go ask someone if it was OK to still "let" us be seen, by the doctor. She gave me the paperwork and I had to fill it out while the Doctor was seeing us.
They put us in what looked like a storage area. There were a lot of machines and linen piled up. I'm guessing they were training, although no one had mentioned it, because there were 4 medical assistants and the doctor. The doctor was scared I guess because she didn't didn't come within 3 ft of us. How do you diagnose a skin condition without looking at it?
The doctor decided that my teenaged daughter should be put on a very high dose of steroids, but couldn't give me an explanation as to why that was the only course of action. She told me to use dandruff shampoo on my leg. Needless to say we saw another doctor and we both were having an allergic reaction to a new soap. They charged my insurance $234.09 for me and the same for my daughter. When I was leaving I wanted to pay my copay and the same rude lady said to sit in the lobby and she would get to me when she could. We left.

My husband and my father both have had excellent treatment by Dr. Connelly, and PA Costello. My dad has had several basil cell carcinomas removed through MOHS surgery, and although unpleasant procedures the Dr. and staff have always been professional and pleasant. My husband has had treatments. and minor surgery with ADA and has had excellent treatment and outcomes. Very friendly staff, and concerned for your care.

Unpleasant experience from start to finish. The helping staff was not friendly and made me feel uncomfortable. The doctor came in and hardly looked at my skin. He then continued to prescribe me various prescriptions, but he did not give proper recommendations nor did he make me feel reassured. I paid a copay of $50 for for an experience that made me feel like a number and not a patient. I would not recommend this doctor's office to anyone. Go anywhere else, literally, anywhere else.

I was referred to ADA. I called the number, got the standard voice mail. Selected the scheduling option. Message said leave name number and will get back to you in 5 business day. First off that is not very professional. Do they not have a permanent person doing scheduling, are they really that busy they can't make a 2 minute phone call. Even my primary care Dr. has a staff that does nothing but makes appointments.
After 5 days never received a call. Called left another message. No return call. Finally tried to go through the receptionist who was short and rude when I asked to please talk to the scheduling department and she said all I can do is take your name and number and give it to them. I am asking my primary care to refer me to somewhere other than ADA.

The last three appointments I have had there they have cancelled and rescheduled. This has happened several other times over the last 10 years. Once they called and rescheduled my appointment and when I arrived at the new time/date they said I did not have an appointment on that day. The Doctors are great when you can see one at their convenience.

We had a great experience here. I live in Grants. All of the paperwork was sent to me to fill out prior to my sons visit. My son needed a medication that you have to jump through alot of hoops to get. The staff, especially Brian Costello's MA's we're great. Eva made sure we were taken care of. I work in a hospital in the OR and have been working in the medical field for a long time. I know how MA's are treated sometimes. I hope they realize how lucky they are to have such great back office staff. Thanks everyone at ADA.

I agree with a couple of the other posts here. The office staff was not courteous or professional in any way. She responded to my questions with one word answers and felt uncomfortable with the entire phone call which only lasted about a minute or so. But I will definitely NOT be making an appointment here not matter how good their doctors or PAs are. They need to hire someone who actually enjoys their job.

Dr. Suraj Reddy and his competent staff have been excellent throughout my 8 years with them. I have had the full range of skin cancer and have been treated professionally and promptly. Dr. Sky Connelly has performed the MOHS surgery on my face- terrific job! Friendly and efficient office staff. Highly recommended.
