Individual Coaching: Our programs are designed exclusively for physicians who are otherwise high functioning and need to achieve their personal or professional goals. Coaching for Physicians is the leader in specialized coaching for individual physicians and healthcare organizations. Dr. Hudson provides a confidential and supportive approach for physicians.
When it comes to physician coaching, one size does not fit all. At Coaching for Physicians we individualize our program for each doctor and we work exclusively with physicians and surgeons. No two doctors are managed in the same way. We work one-on-one, to help you develop the skills you need to succeed in modern medicine.
Most physicians and surgeons complain they do not have enough time. Many are overwhelmed by how much they have to do and how little time they seem to have available. Unfortunately, most doctors do not know how to manage their time wisely. Good time management is crucial to a successful medical career and creating effective work-life balance is a crucial tool in managing stress and preventing burnout. Because many doctors are perfectionists, they often procrastinate and completing anything on time is a struggle.
At Coaching for Physicians we can help you with the non-financial issues surrounding your retirement from medicine. A recent survey suggested that more than half of physicians may consider retiring from medicine within the next 3 years. Some physicians and surgeons are ill prepared for the changes that occur after retirement.
Modern medicine is practiced in teams of physicians, nurses, mid-levels, support and administrative staff. All teams need a leader and in many cases the teamleader in medicine is a physician. Even in a small, private office the physician is considered the teamleader. Unfortunately many physicians lack the temperament or training to organize and manage effective healthcare teams.

Doctor Hudson was increadible! He took his time with me (something a lot of doctors fail to do these days) and answered my million questions. Additionally, he did not push. It eventually took me 1.5 years to make the appointment, but he was very patient and gave me his HONEST opinion (didn't want me to just get something done because it sounded appealing, rather he told me what would work best for me). I've recommended him to several of my friends, and all of us have been happy with our results.

The most traumatic experience ever! I had gortex lip augmentation. He injected my upper and lower lips with lidocaine with long needles, over and over again. Sticking the needle in from one edge all the way to the middle of the lip and then on the other side and again and again. I was screaming and screaming and crying like crazy! It was like torture!

The nurse was squeezing my hands, The receptionist could hear me out in the lobby screaming! I have never endured such torture in my life! Dear GOD PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU ARE DRUGGED FIRST! A few weeks later the gortex tubes went downward and were deformed.
