Really not much communications between staff and patients they called told me app. At 10 ten got there and desk worker told app at 2:30 then lady called me said they would have worked me in but word never got to. Me said they would call back with app month later no app. Try to get prescription refills play pH tag couple of days then get lecture. They don't like to give samples when needed.

Dr. Salazar is a very comsiderate, caring dr. One of the very best in Memphis area. He's great at explaining things and taking time to make sure you understand any of my concerns. His nurse Sally is always available if need extra help. Also Kayla is very attentive and very helpful nurse. I know things will be better after seeing Dr. Salazar.

Dr. GUBIN is completely rude. 1st visit with him after my moms neurologist referred her to him for her minor stroke, he came in with an attitude. He never even read her file her doctor had sent over. And he acted like she was a major inconvenience to him. We will never see this doctor again, and will be reporting him to our insurance agency about how unprofessional he was!
Then after we told the girls who were trying to schedule another appt that we were going to be getting a 2nd opinion and would not be coming back, he called my mom and tried to scare tactic her! Saying he didn't want her to have another stroke. the stroke was in June after all the stress she had been through. Completely unprofessional!

I originally was supposed to see Dr. Paulus but he was out of town so the staff asked me to see another doctor until Dr. Paulus gets back in town well little did I know that I was going to be stuck with the other doctor due to doctor paulus not taking any transfers from other doctors at the same facility as him. This doctor keep saying nothing is wrong and if I have a heart attack or something it's going to their fault for giving me the doctor with little experience. I'll just doctor on myself and let God take care of me. I won't be going back here anymore. It's no use.

My wife went here to see Dr. Stacy Smith, and while her experience with Dr. Smith was excellent, her experience with the billing portion of the testing that was done was horrible. She was given a Stress Test at their facility, which is at a doctor's office building, not a hospital, and was never informed that this would be charged as an out-patient charge through insurance.
There was no discussion with her that she could look to have this done at another facility that our insurance would cover. Instead, they did the testing and a month and a half later, we receive a bill for $1500.00. You can only imagine how shocked we were to receive that bill - and it is a REALLY good thing she didn't have a heart issue because it certainly would have sent her into cardiac arrest is she had!
When we called to discuss this with them, I left 5 messages with no return call, and finally went to the office. I was told that someone "surely" discussed this with her! NO! THEY SURELY DID NOT! Patients beware! Please be advised to ask all of the questions about their testing UP FRONT. We were very naive, as neither of us have ever (fortunately) had any major health issues thus far. But this is truly ridiculous and a borderline scam in my humble opinion!
